What a gorgeous, bright, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo waiting for you to enjoy! This updated retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities southern Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never need to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, newer appliances, and all utilities you will need for your visit. Opening to the beautifully decorated living room, here you will find a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and access to the balcony offering sensational beach views. Enjoy colorful sunsets, a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind vantage point!

All three bedrooms have plenty of space and privacy! The master bedroom has 1 king sized bed with private door to walkout balcony, and television. The second guestroom has 2 queen beds, and television, while the third bedroom has 1 queen. All together, this is a great rental for couples or larger families up to 8 people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This unit offers a washer and dryer as well for your convenience. Free WiFi.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

This unit offers ONE assigned parking spot. There is no additional parking spaces.

Across the street from this unit is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

We go every year for Thanksgiving first time staying at Beach Place but was very pleased ( even with Elevators down from Hurricane ). Place is beautiful, view is amazing, access to Beach, Sunset, and John's Pass great experience. Only fault...beds and pillows pretty uncomfortable.

Delivers on location and space

The property was as described, right next to the beach with an oceanfront view. The crowds that congregate in the area however can be a bit trashy (loud, smoking, etc.) but that is John’s Pass in a nutshell. The AC was finicky and there were 0 amenities noted, besides dish soap. Make sure you bring soaps, shampoos, etc. Views were gorgeous from the property but is definitely somewhat dated. Overall a very good experience.

Time for an update

Elevator was functioning for 2 of the 3 days we stayed which meant hiking luggage up and down stairs. Room was pretty outdated. Other that, the location is great. Balcony seemed a little small, couch recliner was in rough shape. Also the link to download the app does not work so we had to call for checkin info. Never heard from the property owner.

Reviewer Comments: good unit, good location, we have stayed here before, negatives since last staying are people go into pool area when the guy is cleaning in the morning before it is supposed to open and reserve chairs which you are not supposed to be able to do.then they take a tiki table with 4 chairs and also grab 4 loungers for the same group and nothing is left for anyone else, need to get a handle on that situation so everyone has some chairs during the day

We enjoyed the shopping, food and karaoke. The description of the condo did say remodeled, but I feel like the improvements were minimal at best. The floors did seem to be new and that was nice. It was very clean. It was great having six beach chairs to use. We for sure would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was outstanding. Appliances worked well. Dryer probably could use a new heating element. Water pressure in shower was great. Beds were pretty comfortable. Only complaint was cosmetic. Didn't finish painting in living room and a few balcony chairs broken. And finally the elevator... Extremely slow. The location of the condo was great. Walking distance to John's Pass. Great dining and shopping. Walking the beach was an everyday event. Something for everyone. Had a nice family vacation!

Our guest bathroom sink was leaking and our dryer did not work properly all week. We also had a group of teenage boys that stayed right above us (no parents in site) that kept us up all hours of the night. We called after called twice about the noise and though I know management isn't there in the evening it was very annoying.

Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for a mediocre condo with cheap tiny towels, a dryer that’s junk, an old burned up coffee maker without even the right filters, a slower than molasses elevator that doesn’t work half of the time, a busted plastic patio chair with other outdated patio furniture that doesn’t fit, a bedroom with a tv that doesn’t work, no rugs to wipe ANY sand on (I mean, it is the beach right??), except for the one 5x7 in the living room completely engorged with sand (gross), and a master bed with cheap pillows that leaves you feeling sore and tired when you wake up, THIS is your condo!The owner of this unit needs to spend some money and do some updating. Even some simple things like better towels & some rugs would be a start...

Elevator ruined everything!

This company knows good and well the condition of the broken elevator, yet they don’t explain before you book. I canceled another location before booking The Beach Place, because they had the decency to call and warn us that the pool may or may not be finished by July. They were offering 20% off the stay if you kept your reservation. I canceled because we wanted a pool. This is where my problem comes in with SunHost Resorts-owner’s of Beach Place. During our stay, I talked with three different families who came in January and said the elevator was broken. They were offered 25% their stay. I called at least five times, and all SunHost would do is apologize for the inconvenience, and say it would be fixed. Can you imagine having to walk 4 floors ( eight flights of stairs) with a weeks worth of groceries and heavy bottle waters? This doesn’t even include luggage, strollers, babies, etc. this place charges way too much money not to have a working elevator, KNOWING good and well it malfunctions. SunHost after hours called me and sounded sympathetic, and said someone would return my call as I had asked for a percentage off my stay. There never was a phone call returned. Don’t stay here. Unless you want to climb stairs. I have had two neck surgeries, my elderly mother had back surgery, and we had to climb stairs all week if we wanted to leave our room . It was handled poorly, and because of that, our family was completely dissatisfied!

They notified us that our condo was ready for check-in before the 4:00 check-in time. Our condo was very nice and clean. Loved the check-out situation. We were not required to throw out all our food and alcohol, like most places, so it didn’t go to waste! If I could change anything, it would be a faster air conditioned elevator! I will definitely stay here again!
