Charming home in quiet beach town

Great views, walk to town, beach, and hikes in lovely Solana Beach. Charming Cali vibe home has plush bedding, chefs kitchen, and all amenities. Wonderful stay!

We loved this house. It was a great house for a family group, 3 couples, 2 kids & a baby. We enjoyed the front deck & the ocean view & the outdoor shower. Nicely eqipped kitchen, lovely beds, & a short drive to Fletchers Cove & Lofty Coffee.

Excellent Stay with Laura

Excellent, clean and well-appointed property. Gorgeous views and walkable to coffee shops. Would highly recommend! Laura was a great host and communicated well.

Beautiful get away

Beautiful home. Great outdoor spaces with view of the ocean. Short 1 mile walk to beach. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping.

Family wedding

My family was in town for a wedding and I was so happy to have found this listing. Location was great, beds are very comfortable and it was very well stocked. Such a cute home, it was very clean and comfortable With a very nice view of the sunsets over the ocean.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is fantastic and being able to sit out on the front porch and see the ocean is lovely. Everything was clean and communication with the owner was fast and easy.

Fabulous Girls Weekend

So easy to book Solana Beach House with great communication from Laura. The house is GORGEOUS and super comfortable. Very nice deck out front with ocean views- the sunsets! Easy walk to hiking trails and Cedros Ave for shopping/restaurants.

Beautiful home

The house is a special CA beach home… wonderful vibe and beautiful grounds. Plenty of space for my family and wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all. The patio with string lights would make a nice outdoor dinner spot- maybe next time!

Peaceful sanctuary

We loved our stay. The house is immaculately clean, furnished beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is a lovely deck with ocean views. The location is perfect, just a 3 minute drive to restaurants and the beach. Will be back definitely! I would recommend this for smaller groups or couples.

Just Fabulous

The house is super clean with “beachy chic” furnishings. With incredible lighting and a view of the Pacific, the home has a very positive energy. The host is extremely responsive. We will definitely return.

Oceanviews and Chef’s Kitchen

This beautifully appointed home provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for seven friends reuniting for a weekend away from the daily grind. The front patio provided exquisite ocean views from the afternoon until sunset and the kitchen and dining area afforded us the space to leisurely prepare meals together. Laura is a lovely and responsive host. We would definitely consider rebooking!

Charm + Ocean View

Superbly crafted remodel with many great features, including front deck with a sweeping ocean view. Excellent privacy due to mature vegetation surrounding the property. Close enough to Solana Beach retail offerings without suffering from the noise and chaos. Really incredible kitchen features, supplies, and appliances. We moved in and instantly felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Solana Beach Gem!

My wife and I had never stayed at a VRBO before. We just spent a month at Laura's house and this experience set an incredibly high bar for all of our future stays! Everything was perfect -- check in was easy, the house was immaculate and communication with Laura was a breeze. And the house itself is spectacular. We spent evenings on the porch watching the sunset, walking to Cedros Avenue for coffee in the mornings and dinner at night and generally enjoying the quiet Solana Beach neighborhood. Thank you for an awesome stay Laura -- we are already looking forward to coming back!

Breathtaking

What an amazing property. Absolutely beautiful decor in this spacious home. We will definitely be back!!! Great location. The house was set up so well for kids and adults. Great little touches that made it so special. Hands down a 5 star plus. From the moment we opened the door the view of the beach was panoramic. The house was impeccable. The view and sunset are breathtaking. The host was available and answered all questions promptly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Book Club-versary!

This property is stunning and so welcoming! 7 friends came here to celebrate 10 years of our book club meeting and friendship. It couldn't have been a more beautiful venue. From the gorgeous porch with ocean view, to the neutral and comforting decor on the inside. The stocked kitchen allowed us to stay in, and enjoy comfortable meals around the big farmhouse style table. The home is so spacious, we had time to be alone if we wanted to. If you want a spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent beaches of Southern California, this is the place! Our host was timely to reply to the few questions I had. I highly recommend this VRBO for family or friend gatherings.
