Welcome to my 3 bedroom + playroom 2 bathroom home nestled in beautiful residential area of Westchester just North of LAX and South of Lincoln!

This home is just 5 mins drive away from Playa Vista and Playa Del Rey Beach. Within short driving distance to Westchester Playground, LMU, SoFi Stadium, Venice Canals, and LAX as well as several restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Whether you are in the city for vacation or business, this home is perfect for you!

Easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, and Culver City.

The living area is welcoming and perfect place to relax while watching on the 55" Smart TV. It overlooks to the dining and open concept kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need and perfect for someone who loves to cook.

Our master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, huge walk-in closet, and gorgeous master bathroom with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized bed. There is a daybed with 2 twins in the playroom. There is also a dedicated workspace setup in the playroom perfect for those who are working from home!

This home offers a lot of entertainment. This home offers a lot of entertainment. There is bocce ball, board games, books, beach chairs and towels, and beach toys to play and enjoy. There is also a back patio with outdoor seating and sun loungers.

An ensuite washer and dryer, wine refrigerator, high-speed WiFi, 1 driveway, and an additional 1 garage parking space are all provided during your stay!

Great Stay!

This was a wonderful property and suited our family well. We had 6 people (4 teens and 2 adults). It was perfect. The location was great as it was close to Venice Beach, Santa Monica pier, and LAX. Very nice neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to Ralphs. Everything was clean and well maintained.
