Stay in our immaculate deluxe condo, and enjoy paradise as you've never experienced. With a pull out sofa in the living room, it accommodates up to four people comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen provides just about everything needed to stay in, and prepare meals. Or, choose to walk to the end of the building and BBQ. For going out, we'll provide suggested hot spots that previous renters, as well as myself, have enjoyed, and I'm sure you'll find helpful in planning your trip. The floors are tile throughout. Stay cool with ceiling fans, and an air conditioning unit if needed. Just a minute away is the 30' x 60' swimming pool, and laundry facility.

We are in a prime location in the back of the complex, which many appreciate being away from the night noise from the restaurants and bar, yet only a two minute walk to the beach where you can swim, snorkel, boogie board, soak in the sun, or the beautiful evening sunsets, all while in beach chairs or on beach towels. Travelers have found South Kihei one of their favorite spots if not the best. We mean to please, and you'll leave wanting to return.

About Jeff Corcoran

Patrick and Lee are the owners and live in California. Patrick is originally from Michigan and now a retired real estate broker. Lee is from Maine and a retired RN. They have 5 children, with 2 in CA and 3 out of state. They have 2 daughters and 4 granddaughters in the State of Washington. Also, one son is in Minnesota with 2 granddaughters.

When not in Maui they like traveling to see other parts of the world and experience other cultures.

Why Jeff Corcoran chose Kihei

We visited all the Hawaii Islands, but settled on Maui, because it was not too quiet and not too busy. KKN appealed to us because it was a low-rise complex, lush tropical gardens, mixed with the tall flame trees, palm trees and the nearby Kamaole II beach. The lanai on the 2nd level with the mountain/garden view was a strong appeal.

Our condo is in the back of the complex in a quiet area away from the road traffic and restaurants.

Close to the beach. Nicely kept condo! Loved it.

The owners were incredibly responsive from booking through departure. Great to work with. The condo was clean, comfortable, and close to a lot in central and south Maui. The condo has a hair dryer but it isn't listed in the appliances, so you don't have to bring one. The condo had tile floors, which are a requirement with all the sand, but if you are used to carpet, you may want to bring slippers. Mahalo!

Comfortable and convenient

Our second stay here! We love the low key vibe of the complex. This unit is in the last building, with the bedroom overlooking a green space. Very little noise from the street or neighbors.

Kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes and utensils. Some beach items are provided — enough to get you started.

Very close to Hawaiian Moon market, which now has a great salad/hot bar and makes sandwiches and smoothies for easy and less expensive meals. Plus several other restaurants and lots of little shops.

And the beaches! Nice snorkeling around the point across the street between Kam I and Kam II. Fun but gentle surf in the afternoons.

Bring earplugs for the roosters that live in the green space. As with any rental, bring your own knives if you plan on extensive cooking.

Lovely condo

This condo was very nice to stay in. It is clean and close to the beach. It also has air conditioning which we didn't think we'd need but it ended up being way hotter than we expected. The pool is beautiful and the beach across the street is nice. The plumeria tree outside is gorgeous and there are always birds singing outside the window. I would definitely stay here again.

First trip to Maui

Awesome and cozy place to stay for our first trip to Maui. Main office staff were very courteous and helpful during our check-in. This place is walking distance from beaches, shopping centers, and great restaurants. Ice-cold air conditioning plus ceiling fans to keep you cool inside if the weather is hot and humid. Great location if you intend to explore other parts of Maui since it is situated pretty much in the center of the island. There were plenty of amenities and other household items for us to utilize during our vacation. Will definitely book this place again when we go back to Maui. Thanks Jeff!

Nice condo in a great location

Nice and clean, very well maintained, and homey place. A great beach is a short walk across the street. The host is very responsive and helping. We loved this place!
