This is a Waterfront view town house located 5 minutes from the beaches! A trolley is passing in front of the property every 20 minutes that can drop/pick you up to and from the beaches!
The property is a beautiful 4 bedrooms modern town house fully furnished and well decorated. It has a Washer & Dryer with a fully equipped kitchen. Brand-new stainless-steel fridge, oven. Smart thermostat Eco bee to control the temperature at your fingertips.
Laminated flooring. Natural light with large windows on all rooms! High ceiling in the master bedroom with fans in all bedrooms upstairs.
Nice large closets in 2 bedrooms with storage space in the other bedrooms.
All Utilities is included along with high-speed cable/satellite TV, internet.
Coffee machine, mixer, pots, plates and silverware are also provided.
There is a garbage shed for your convenience at the entrance of the property so you can dispose for your overflowing trash. A dedicated parking space #109 is in front of the entrance of the unit. Guest parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis.
