This is a Premium 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit located in Villas of Clearwater Beach with a view of Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach.
(King, 2 Doubles - 1,260 sq. ft.)
Two bedroom/two bath condo, sleeps six. Enjoy this recently remodeled unit that has warm natural wood and brick décor with varying shades of the blues of the Gulf waters. Sit on your private balcony to feel the ocean breezes and relax! The building is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment on the beach.
Premium Condo Units have been recently upgraded which may include the following:
New flooring, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with brand new appliances, new 60” HD flat screen TVs in the living room with added HD channels, and new windows and doors which reduces exterior noise.
Premium units also include; Fully Equipped Kitchens, Cookware & Serve ware, Cable TV & WIFI, Individual Heating & Air Controls, Bed Linens, Iron/Ironing Board, Laundry Facilities in Each Unit, Bath Linens, Hair Blow Dryer, Large Private Balconies, Heated Swimming Pool, Beach Towels & Chairs.

Pictures don’t sue this place justice. It’s a gem and we enjoyed our stay here. The back bedroom does get a little warm but they have fans and we cooled it off throughout the day. I actually hate to write this review because then this place will never be open again. If you are hesitant don’t be. It’s right on the beach and the sunsets are amazingly spectacular!

Perfect Condo!

We could not have been happier with this condo. Perfect location- close to great restaurants and bars but far enough from the big crowds. Already rebooked for next year!

Wonderful!

Perfect location, walking distance to shops and Pier 60, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and public crowd on the beach. Beautiful waterfront views with a wide balcony with three slider doors to enjoy the view from the living room and master bedroom. The sunsets were magnificent over the Gulf!! B&W Management were very helpful & friendly. We would definitely like to return again one day!
