This cottage is over 100 years old but don’t judge the book by its cover. Once you are inside, you’ll see a completely renovated, comfortable living space with plenty of charm and character.
You’ll have the place to yourself and everything on one level and easily accessible for moving impaired guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped, full stocked kitchen and all linens provided.

Amazing

We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. Thanks Fay for everything, its was an awesome trip. My Aussie "Billy had an amazing time as well at the beach playing frisbee and swimming in the break, super cool place to stay!

What a gem!!

Hubby and I booked this place as we wanted a quiet getaway for a long weekend. This house is absolutely perfection. Views of the beach/ocean are incredible, short walk to the beach. Neighbors are super friendly. Would recommend 1000%

The perfect place to reset and rekindle

Exactly as described, and more. The view was spectacular, and so soothing, it took our pulse down automatically. We wondered if we should have selected a rental with a deck, but with morning/evening temperature drop (and sometimes fog) we would have remained inside anyway. Without a deck to block the view, it went on forever. Very clean unit, well maintained with all the amenities, extra well stocked kitchen, comfortable clean furniture in the living room to relax on, plenty to do in the area (or just do nothing), and did i mention the view!!! We will definitely be back

Great View

My husband enjoyed the view, and the beach was very close, we liked that. I did a lot of walks on the beach with my doggies which we both enjoyed. All the doggies on the beach were very friendly. We loved our little get away but wished the restaurant near there was open and that the store was better stocked. No ice cream ...really Thanks again Susan

Perfect Beach Cottage

This property has everything you hope when renting a place. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, clean, great views, perfect location and tons of extras! The house has stunning views, is mere minutes to the beach as well as a cute general store and great restaurant. Fay was extremely responsive and provided snacks and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. We would happily return.

Amazing Getaway!

This Dillon Beach house is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The home has the most amazing view of Dillon Beach and the coast line. Point Reyes is easily visible from the living room. The kitchen is updated and the home is decorated beautifully. The owner was easy to communicate with and they have made all the personal touches to ensure a relaxing stay. We hope to come back again soon!!

Beautiful view

Would stay again but would bring a blow up mattress to sleep on. The couch did not have a double bed. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. Past that it was a nice place and very close to the beach.

Beautiful views and home

This is our second time staying here and we love it. 💕 It’s just the right size for two. Beautifully decorated. Loved looking at all the cute things. Very comfortable furniture. Fabulous beach house !!

The view is 10/10! The house has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. The wine and treats were such a welcoming touch. The beach is soooooo close and soooo beautiful. We hiked Tomales Point trail, which was absolutely unforgettable with the dozens of Tule elk and superbloom still intact. Thank you Fay for a getaway we will never forget. :) Highly recommend this VRBO vacation rental.

All the comforts, With a VIEW!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at this pretty home. We loved our daily walks on Dillon beach with our little dog! And got to relax back in the cottage while watching kite-surfers zipping up and down the coast. The house has all you could need for a super comfortable stay. Happy memories from this trip!

Great spot

The house is in a great spot with sweeping views of the ocean and a walk to the beach that takes about one minute. Everything was as described. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Very quiet. Host very helpful. Would not recommend for someone who has mobility issues. Close to beach but hilly. Would stay there again in the future.

Goodbye stress!

Before our trip even started Fay was great providing information and answering questions. The house was lovely and well equipped - the snacks and wine were a nice touch! We loved the house and the view is absolutely jaw dropping. All work stress melts away as soon as you walk in the door, open the windows and hear the ocean. Comfy bed and places to sit and relax. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Fay!

THE beach house

Both my wife and I grew up at the beach, and this house set us back to that time. The older house with It's quirks and idiosyncrasies is what a beach house is all about. It was incredibly clean and well stocked inside, with a very short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the well stocked general store. The view is magnificent! The few questions we felt needed answering were immediately dealt with by the owner. A short drive takes you to the iconic hwy 1.with beautiful views of the green, rolling hills with cattle and milking ranches (some of which you can tour), Hog Island clams, and up to the dramatic cliffs and rocks around Bodega Bay (best halibut and chips ever)..... I would highly recommend this property.

Great Views - Comfortable, Well Equipped

We had a great 3 night stay. The view is wonderful and the furniture is in great condition and comfortable. We like to cook, and were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and linens and towels were great. Fae was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Perfect place to land

Amazing views and a sweet saltwater stay

We had a terrific time out at the coast staying in this sweet spot. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the house immaculate, with a beautiful view. Would very much like to stay again. Fay was a great host although some information was lagging when it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also would be nice to have access to an outdoor hose for sandy feet and paws. Overall, wonderful stay! Thanks so much!
