Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean all dishes and cooking equipment used and put away. Housekeeper will change bed linens, towels and do general cleaning.
Make sure living room stove is switched off and any heaters or fans used are unplugged.
EXTERIOR ITEMS IF USED: The BBQ should be left clean, gas turned off at tank and cover on. Make sure hot tub cover is closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely beach house!

Such a cute beach house with ocean views and it is stocked with every thing you need! Quiet neighborhood, with deer and occasional bunny sightings and just a short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

We enjoyed the beaches, surf lessons, tide pools, Fort Ross and Ryes Point. All within an easy drive of the beach house. Kitchen was larger than expected and we enjoyed making meals together. Highly recommend this spot.

Our Favorite Beach House!

We love this beach house and have visited a few times! It has panoramic ocean views and it is fully stocked with everything you need! Great location and it’s just a short walk to Portuguese Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and sometimes you wake up to the sight of deer grazing, turkeys, and a few bunnies hoping around. The owners are super nice and accommodating! We love it there!

We had 1 mishap. The house was not cleaned when we got there but that was promptly taken care of. We've always enjoyed our stay here and continue to come year after year. Than you for letting us enjoy this beautiful place.

My third year in a row and it never disappoints. The BeachHouse has everything you could hope for and it's truly become my home away from home. The pictures on the website barely do it justice. Check-in is a breeze and the host has labels everywhere anticipating your every question. But if you have one, the host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is a dream to cook in when you're not out getting seafood. The location in a friendly neighborhood is the perfect spot to explore up or down the coast. The UC Davis Bodega Marine Laboratory is a must see with public tours available on Fridays. Two weeks never seems long enough!

Great house & location!

The house was in a great location and had beautiful views of the surrounding hills and ocean from every room. We especially enjoyed the decks that you could sit on and were blocked from the wind, the hot tub, and morning turkeys in the fields. It was nice being able to bring our dogs and walk down to the beach with them. The house is FULLY stocked and nicely labeled so you know where everything is. We would definitely come back!

Summer Vacation 2023

My family of 4 plus my mom stayed here for 12 nights and enjoyed it very much! The location can't be beat and the views were stunning. The home was very comfortable and was the most well stocked home we've ever stayed in - it had anything and everything you'd need (from paper products to kitchen utensils and appliances to laundry detergent). The full size washer and dryer were a huge (unexpected) plus. There were regular visits from a deer family , jack rabbits and local birds. We would be happy to come back!

Amazing house and ocean views

This beach house was so cute and cozy! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable! The ocean views were incredible and we could walk to the beach which was also dog friendly. The house was very attractively decorated in a beachy theme and had the most well stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed in. Just about any type of utensil you might need to prepare meals was available. We really enjoyed the outside spaces and especially the hot tub which felt great after a day of hiking the many trails and beaches in the area. We even saw deer in the yard every day. This was a great place to relax and hang out. The location was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to the area in the future.

Perfect location to explore the entire area

Our second year in a row, and it was equally delightful. The house is located within an easy drive of the beaches south of Jenner, and still a quick drive to Bodega Head and Harbor. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. The beach decor and wonderful furniture Was a treat. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable small appliance for those times when we didn’t head out for some fresh seafood. Views are amazing, and we enjoyed observing the wildlife from the front deck, including a bobcat. We had a mixture of fog, sun, and wind throughout our stay, but there was always plenty to do and a hot spa awaiting us at the house. Alora was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We certainly hope to be back.

Bodega Versatility

We chose this home to stay in for an entire month. This is the first time we have ever done such a thing and we don't regret it. We docked our boat nearby and spent the month exploring and fishing for salmon. It was the perfect place. Close to the beach close to the harbor and close to many towns that we enjoyed visiting. The property was well provisioned and perfect for our needs. This would be a perfect place for two couples who have kids. The upstairs loft bedroom has no door, but it is clearly laid out for kids. It worked fine for adults too! The hot tub was wonderful the views were incredible. We saw so much wildlife that was an unexpected treat.

Perfect in every way

Our stay was actually better than expected. The home was charming in every way with beach decor throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked and was a delight to cook in which we did often. All the amenities of home made you forget you didn’t live there. You might need to get a little creative with bathroom room use if you have more than four adults as one bathroom was in the master bedroom down a hall. The location was great for heading to the Bay or exploring north to Jenner. The views of the ocean were stunning and soaking in the hot tub while watching the sun set and the stars come out was a treat. The control panel on the hot tub needed to be replaced but that was taken care of a few days later. Understandably, as a rental, there was no curbside recycling and we brought it home instead of throwing it in trash. All in all, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and would love to visit again.

Most relaxing vacation

This property is beautiful, the pics don't do it justice. I'd hate to make this property any harder to book dates but it truly is great. MORE than well stocked, literally with anything you might need. Everything is also so well labeled with directions/explanations. Both the view from the very comfortable recliner couch and from the hot tub are unmatched. And I really appreciate the few properties that accept dogs without a ton of limitations, not that we have giant hairy dogs or anything but a lot of places have a one dog limit under 20# 🙄 We take this getaway specifically for our little dog (who does happen to be 20#) and the total panic that fireworks put him into, completely silent out at the coast. Its glorious. This house would be great for families too, planty of space and rooms with even an upstairs space with several bed options and a TV and a giant beach toy box in the great little back yard space! 10/10 We hope to be able to stay here again, if its ever available for our future dates! 😄

Best Trip Ever

This years girls trip was spent in Bodega Bay and the beach house did not disappoint! It was very clean and well stocked. The short walk to Portuguese Beach was a daily occurrence and our nights were spent in the hot tub. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely come back.
