The space offers a peaceful place to enjoy your time with 4BR/4.5BA and a large backyard filled with lush landscaping including fruit trees, a waterfall and pond, a large spa, a wood-burning fireplace and fire-pit table, a BBQ, & a rooftop ocean-view deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or take in the peaceful nights. Walk to the Alila Marea Beach Resort and Ponto Beach or the shops and restaurants in Leucadia and Encinitas are just a short distance away!

Polynesian delight!

Beautiful, spacious property. The yard is worth the stay alone- amazingly lanscaped and so peaceful. The owner and property manager were very responsive as questions/issues arose (we had a screen door that needed repair). Plenty of beds and bathrooms and everything you need for the beach and cooking. We hope to return in the future. Thank you!

Outstanding Encinitas Beach House

We just finished a lovely one month rental at Lori's tropical home in Encinitas . House was exactly as described on VRBO and maybe even better :) Lori was a great host , always responsive and helpful. House was super clean with everything we needed . Plenty of space with room for the family to hang out and even entertain. Beautiful home, super cool neighborhood, and a great host made for a very relaxing vacation. We look forward to staying again . Thanks Lori

I have been fortunate to have traveled throughout the South Pacific and in New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, and France. And I too have stayed at Airbnb places during my travels! My husband and I typically live in Wyoming winter & summer, & in Leucadia spring & fall.
