Estes Park is one of the most stunningly beautiful places in the country. Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park.

What makes this condo unique

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one of a kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the Mountains, but not the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect of a luxury property.

Great location...convenient for reasonable commute to many different trailheads for hiking and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants for evening relaxation. Clean, spacious and sufficient parking!

Centrally located with all amenities

Modern loft located in the heart of Estes Park. We visited in July and the town was super busy, but there was plenty of free parking behind the building. Even if the lot was full, a spot always opened up within a few minutes. The king bed was comfy and my child had no trouble sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. Oversized shower with two shower heads was nice and gas fireplace added instant comfort on a chilly night. We loved the location and modern decor!

Great location - close to Rocky Mountain Park

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of the property. It is located in downtown Estes Park with an easy walk to many restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the Park entrance. The only frustrating thing is the parking. There is not a designated parking spot for the property and the adjoining public lot is VERY crowded. You have to circle and circle to get a spot, which can be very aggravating. Other than that the property was perfect for what we went there for!

Great location downtown very clean. Patio is great overlooking street below.

Only suggestion s are to fix lock on patio doors, long mirror would be useful and shower gel provided. Otherwise absolutely wonderful condo. Loved river walk and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback Rose! The patio door lock is a little tricky, you have to lift the handle up for the lock to engage. I'll check to make sure that little tidbit is in my check in instructions, because it confuses many guests! Cheers, Amy Lane

Location was good, not worth a short stay

We didn’t need to utilize the kitchen so that part was a waste of money and it was overpriced for just a bed/bathroom need. Nice facility, but the memory foam mattress was very hot! Amenities were nice.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback Jessica. Many places in Estes Park have a 2 or 3 night minimum, and we want to make sure that we are available to guests for any length of vacation stay- even if it's only one night. We realize that a one night stay makes it more expensive, mostly because of the one time cleaning and/or pet fee, but that is an fixed expense for us as well. Not everyone chooses us for short stays because of this, but we want to give vacationers the option to stay for one night if that's what works for their schedule. I'm sorry that you found the foam mattress hot. We did extensive research on mattress types and brands before we upgraded, and this mattress had consistent reviews of being the best quality and the least "heat-holding" foam mattress. I've found it to be extremely comfortable, but we also do have a fan directly over the bed (in addition to air conditioning) for anyone who finds it to hold more heat than the older, less comfortable traditional style mattresses. We hope you come back and stay with is for a longer time so you can take advantage of all the amenities, utilize the kitchen, and enjoy the perks our condo has to offer. Cheers, Amy Lane RiversPointe
