The deck has a grill and the home has everything you need to cook when you are not out at one of our fabulous local restaurants. The master bedroom has a separate entrance to a second deck and outdoor shower. The single twin bedroom has an ensuite half bath. The largest bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bed. The sun room has an additional twin bed and desk for remote work.

The best part of our property is the fully enclosed private back yard offers lots of family fun with two decks, dining area, gas grill, firepit, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. Located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to local beaches (0.7 miles to Parkers Beach, 1.0 to Smugglers Beach).

At your fingertips are all the excellent local restaurants, golf courses, minigolf, Bass River kayak, biking trails, golf courses and Cape Cod Inflatable Park. Adult bikes available on the property. The kids will love nearby Cape Cod Creamery and Dairy Queen. Hyannis Port with pirate and whale tours, as well as ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket is only 5 miles away. Cape Cod Mall is 6 miles away and the airport is 12 miles from this location.
