Situated on Main St (Route 28), it offers central convenience. Enjoy easy beach access, with Cockle Cove Beach just 0.9 miles away. Step into the backyard and access the Cape Cod bike trail. Unwind with an outdoor shower, fire up the grill, and take advantage of ample parking. Your perfect vacation retreat awaits!--

The space
Step into the living room featuring a sectional couch and two pull-out loveseats along with a large sectional couch. Continue to the open-concept dining room and renovated kitchen, then explore the large backyard with its grill, outdoor games, and beach gear. Plus, full access to the Cape Cod bike path from the rear stairs.
Upstairs, discover the bathroom and bedrooms, including a queen bed and loveseat pull-out in the master and twin beds in the second.
Off the house, enjoy exclusive access to a brand new entertaining deck, with built in bench, string lights, and outdoor shower.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the outdoor shower connected to 2212. You have exclusive access to your half of the backyard. Picture from the corner of the property (starting in the middle) to the edge of the property line. Access to the rear stairs leading to the bike path is shared by both properties.

Cockle Cove beach is .9miles away. If you follow main street you will be in downtown Chatham within 5 minutes. In downtown you can access places like The Squire, Chatham Bars Inn, Chatham Breeze (Candy Shop) and various other retail stores and restaurants. You can book both properties on the lot if you notify us.

Perfect location to explore the entire cape. Property was so well stocked, including a welcome basket upon our arrival with a bottle of wine, and all of the information we would need to see the sights during our visit. Patrick was great, and I will definitely be staying here again when i next visit!

Awesome Location!

The location of this property is perfect! Direct access to the bike path which we made the most of! Property is quaint and clean and property manager was very responsive. It is small but provides everything you need. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cute Cottage in Chatham

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and all necessities were provided. Host even has a nice bottle of wine chilled when we came in!

Excellent property and location for towns and trails.

The place is recently renovated and is clean, quiet and comfortable with all you need. Great location in between Harwich Port and Chatham, with just a short drive to each. Several local stores and restaurants in the area. Plenty of room for parking and a great outdoor set of tables and chairs. Includes everything you need for beech days and bikes for use on the bike trails behind the property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jean’s Dream! The house was adorable and clean. Well thought out items were ready for us including a bottle of my favorite white wine in the fridge on arrival! The parking is easy and the yard was lovely to spend time in. We made s’mores with the kids in the firepit at night and ate most meals at the table in the backyard. It was great having a long line leash available in the backyard which made it easy for our dog to hang out with us outside. One of the highlights of the property is the bike trail access right behind the property. We rode bikes everywhere and used the bike trail for morning runs and dog walks. Another highlight was having Marion’s pie shop in walking distance although I may have eaten too many cinnamon buns this week! The beds were comfortable and bathroom was pretty and clean. We used the outdoor shower a lot after the beach. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely rent here again!
