ABOUT THE HOME: You'll be on Leisure Time at this quaint beach bungalow in the 30A community of Gulf Place. This cozy home is perfect for your next family getaway on 30A and it's within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the gulf. Enjoy your evenings dining alfresco on the screened patio or lounging around in the covered breezeway.

ABOUT THE AREA: Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and park benches to sit and enjoy the views. This community features some of 30A's most popular restaurants, whether you are looking for an epic culinary experience, a fun feast for the whole family or just grab a quick bite to take to the beach, Gulf Place has it all.

BEACH ACCESS: This home is less than a block from Ed Walline Public Beach Access. This beach is ADA accessible, has picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and there are beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
