This listing is for Downstairs Studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living area with large screen curved smart TV, and queen size bed. This unit was recently upgraded with new central split unit AC and heater, and new kitchen.

Only 7 min drive to Main Street with restaurants and shops

Upstairs apartment has its own entry and can be rented separate. Both units have their own patio space and own entrance.

Better than the pictures!

We loved our stay! With only a 7 minute drive to downtown Julian, the location was perfect. We enjoyed the peaceful mountain view while also spending time in town. The sunrise each morning was gorgeous! There were also a lot of beautiful hikes within a 10-20 minute drive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
