About Jason Kardos
I live in San Diego County with my wife and daughter. This accommodation has been traditionally rented out month to month but has been recently remodeled and I am opening it up to people who would like to use for vacations and seasonal use.
Jason Kardos purchased this Apartment in 2005
Why Jason Kardos chose Julian
This property is located on top of a commercial building used by the locals and is at the end of town that has less traffic than Main Street Julian, but feels like it is in it's own private hide away and is close to town if you want to walk.

Love the cabins location right on the outskirts of town beautiful scenery we had 2 deers come visit us. The cabin is clean and cozy has everything you can ask for.
I am glad you had a nice stay. That is awesome that you were able to see deer. They do go to the pond to drink sometimes. We look forward to having you stay again in the future.
Comfortable and Cozy
My fiancé and I came out to Julian for a quick little weekend getaway. Arriving onto the property we were immediately excited and knew the weekend was going to be extremely relaxing. Jason was so helpful through the booking process as well as assisting with check in, which was very simple. The place was neat and tidy and had everything you could need. Our pups loved it too, You could tell they were relaxed cruising around the pond. A quick little walk down the road and boom you’re in the heart of Julian! Tons of cute little shops and diners. Perfect spot to enjoy the weekend. We’ll definitely be back.
Thanks for taking the time to post a review and share with us about your stay. I am so glad you guys had a great time and were able to enjoy the town of Julian. We look forward to having you back soon. Warmly, Jason
Great place for Julian getaway
My wife and me booked this property for a weekend getaway from San Diego. Jason was really easy to work with. The check in / check out process was seamless. I don't think the pictures give the place enough credit. We found it to be much bigger than it looked in the pictures. We found the wifi to be faster than we had in Carlsbad, which was a pleasant surprise. We'll look to stay there next time we go back to Julian. Thanks, Jason!
Thank you for taking the time to share about your stay at the Hollow Glen rental. I am so glad you guys had a good time. I appreciate the feedback about the pictures. I can take new pictures soon in the future to post. I do have a 3D video tour of the rental. Unfortunately VRBO does not support the link for me to post, but I would be happy to email it to anyone if they would like to take a virtual tour. I look forward to having you guys stay again! Warmly, Jason
Overall experience was good. Place is clean and in a convenient location. I would stay again.
Hi Alicia, Thanks for your stay and feedback! I am glad you had a nice time and would come back. Thanks for letting me know about the heavy wind and rain you experienced and how I can improve the rental. Warmly, Jason
Very Cozy in a Great Location!
Great little property within walking distance from the main shops/ restaurants in Julian. Simple check in/ check out and Jason was very communicative. The property is very cozy and was plenty for my fiance and I and our pup. Very quaint and a great quick weekend getaway spot!
