Perfect for us!

What a great little getaway home! My husband and I traveled with our two small children. This house worked perfect for us. Conveniently located as well. The outdoor area and pool is wonderful! Cute, clean and amazing pool

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. The cottage was very cute and the kitchen seemed new and very useful. The backyard and pool were gorgeous. Our host Dominick was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would stay there again.

Amazing Stay at Dominick’s Beautiful Home

Had an amazing time and stay over at Dominicks beautiful South Hampton Home. He was a great host, and was only a phone call and or text away and showed great hospitality. The home was beautiful, clean and perfect for my guest and I. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and the pool and the home was conveniently located within a short driving distance to town and beach. Would definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you Dominick, and look forward to staying at your home again in the near future!!

Wonderful home conveniently located with everything we needed.

We loved our stay and the house was exactly as described online. It was stocked with everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. It’s in a great location close to the lake and a short drive to town and the beach. Dominick was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. I highly recommend and will hopefully stay there again!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend Away

I stayed at Dominick's this past MDW and it was perfect! From the very beginning, he showed us around the house and how everything worked, he answered any questions we had and was very accommodating. We were a group of 6 girls and were comfortable in the 3 bedroom house. The pool was great and the backyard was beautiful. The location was a quick ride from the Orient Ferry as well as the rest of the Hamptons. Thank you Dominick!

Home Away From Home

This is the perfect home in the perfect location. We stayed here for a girl’s weekend but I could see this being used for a couple’s getaway or a family trip too. The house is located just a quick ride to restaurants/shops and to the beach. The house is well equipped and feels comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed to enjoy and relax. Lovely Southampton Getaway

Last summer, friends and I were looking for a mid-summer getaway within driving distance of the city. This Southampton cottage came highly recommended. Just 2 hours east of Manhattan we discovered a perfect little paradise. Beautifully landscaped, spacious and clean, a true home away from home. We looked to return this summer, as a pool had recently been added. The home is fully furnished so all we had to provide was food to be grilled on the BBQ, snacks and beverages. Plenty of outdoor activities were also available. We'd practice your yoga on the outdoor deck(s), brought bicycles and enjoyed a leisurely ride through the area. Most of all we found ourselves relaxing and lounging by the pool. In the afternoons/evenings, just a short car ride to town we explored the local shops and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I will return next season and would highly recommend this property to my friends.

Very nice Southhampton stay

Our stay at the rental went very well. Dominick was very responsive and the house (and deck/pool area) was very nice. I’d recommend the house for a great Southhampton stay.

It is close to the city, the beaches are stunning and the villages are pristine and charming. The area is a great vacation spot and it is a lovely weekend home for me!

What makes this property unique

The beach, the village shops, ease of getting to montauk and other LI beach spots. My favorite is going to lunch at the clam shack near Montauk.
