This is the place to stay! The house and yard are fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. The kids loved the in-ground trampoline. The kitchen has everything one needs to feel right at home. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

The Perfect Boulder Getaway for CU Parents Weekend!We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful Boulder home from October 15–18 while visiting our 19-year-old son for CU Boulder Parents Weekend! My husband, our 23-year-old daughter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family getaway.The home was welcoming and comfortable, and we especially loved all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. One of our absolute favorite features was the game closet! We had SO much fun pulling out the old-school board games and playing Cards Against Humanity and Headbands. We laughed so hard and made some wonderful family memories! It was such a fun way to spend time together away from all the busy Parents Weekend activities.It’s those special touches that make a vacation rental stand out from the rest, and this home gave us the opportunity to enjoy some genuine family time while visiting our son at CU. We truly appreciated having such a great place to come back to after our busy days in Boulder.We would absolutely love to stay here again on a future visit and highly recommend this property to other families visiting their CU students. If you’re looking for a wonderful home base for a Boulder getaway or CU Parents Weekend, this is a fantastic choice!Five stars all around! Thank you for helping make our family weekend so fun and memorable.

Work trip

The house was perfect for a group of myself and 4 other employees working in Boulder. The pool felt great after a long day of work. It was 100 times better than staying in a hotel. The host were very responsive and the property was very clean and well kept. Next tripi will definitely stay again.

You'll never want to leave!

We could not have loved this property anymore! We went for trail runs in the morning, bike rides in the afternoon and walked to the farmers market. There are bike lanes from the property the entire way to downtown Boulder! There were so many amenities we could not even use them all during our weekend stay.

Beautiful Home with a great backyard

We were in Boulder for a family wedding and arrived completely exhausted after late flights and frantic work schedules. This house was a breath of fresh air and quickly became a respite from a crazy week.This house is beautifully furnished and lacks nothing!The yard with the pool was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to read a book.Highly recommend!

Great home with a great property management company! Plenty of space inside the home and the heated pool with big yard is a bonus. Location was very convenient for our biking needs as well, and Pearl St. was within walkable distance for us. There was some traffic noise but we got used to it after a few days.

The house was perfect for our family get together. The home was larger than we expected with plenty of spaces to hang out. The pool was fantastic! It was the focal point and we spent most of our time there. One king bed and three queens worked perfect with one kid in a sleeping bag, and the large and well-appointed kitchen easily met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again. The only heads-up that I can provide is that the house and the pool are on a major street. It took a day to get used to the traffic noise outside, but we couldn’t hear much in the house.
