Classic Beauty in the heart of Oak Bluffs. The Pennacook House is a year-round (heating and AC!) 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. It has a parking for 4 cars, lovely eat in kitchen, formal dining and living room with bay windows, den/study, hardwood flooring, outdoor shower, gorgeous period detail and many upgrades throughout. Some upgrades include state-of-the-art propane Hot Water Heating system and Water Heater, new Electrical Panel and Service, new Dishwasher Irrigation in the lawn and flower beds and lots of painting inside and out. The full walkout basement has laundry and plenty of storage space. Great location just a few blocks from town center, ferries, harbor and beaches!
