Salty Toes is a new condo (built in 2020) featuring 9-foot ceilings, gorgeous granite countertops and premium furnishings with a coastal ambience. The open kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless Whirlpool appliances, white Shaker-style cabinets and a subway tile backsplash.


 


Relax in the living room with treetop views from the sofa, or step out through French doors onto the covered, furnished balcony and relax in the sun and fresh sea air. The open-plan layout is perfect for entertaining the whole family, and you can enjoy dining beneath a glittering chandelier, or serving cocktails and appetizers on the high-top breakfast bar!


 


The three bedrooms include a bunk room (with Queen bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk beds) and a King Master Suite (with ensuite Master Bath) and covered balcony access.


Every room has a bathroom to access, so no fighting over the shower on this vacay!

The zero-entry community pool is mere STEPS from the front door (about 250 feet), 2 beach access points are also within an 8 minute walk, along with tons of shoping & dining at Gulf Place (within a 10 minute walk).  Use the 4 bikes to get to all of these quick!

Salty Toes is located approximately 0.4 miles (about an 8 minute walk) from the Gulfview Heights Public Beach Access.  This access has plenty of parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.


Also, the Spooky Lane Beach Access is only 0.3 miles (about a 6 minute walk) from the condo.  This is a quaint & quiet beach access with only bike parking, however.


 

Pool Access:

The zero-entry community pool, fitness center and grilling area are just STEPS (about 250 FEET) from Salty Toes!

Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.


No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Salty Toes. No exceptions will be made.
