This beautifully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit is ready for you to book an incredible stay. This unit is located on the top floor and only a few steps away from the elevator.
The open design of the living/dining & kitchen provides a great space for spending quality time together. All new furniture is featured in the living area, which includes a sofa sleeper for additional, overnight guests.

Dining is a breeze with a table with seating for 6, with 2 additional seats featured at the adjacent bar.
The more than ample kitchen offers nice appliances, which include a refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, stove, dishwasher, and is fully stocked with all items needed for preparing your meals.

The guest bedroom is newly furnished with King bedding, chest of drawers, dresser for storage, and a private balcony. A television, and cozy chair (which also converts to a twin bed), is featured for convenience of retiring to your own space to relax. You can access the guest bathroom from the hallway, or privately from the guest bedroom for convenience and extra privacy. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The primary bedroom features Queen bedding, a mounted television, cozy chair (which also converts to a twin bed), and private bathroom. A spacious closet is provided for storing your personal belongings. The private bathroom offers a nice, tiled shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Sandpiper complex offers an elevator for convenience, however the stairs are easy for climbing to the 3rd floor. An outdoor pool is on site and provides plenty of seating and loungers for enjoying a relaxing day by the pool. Beach Access is only steps away from your unit, so no crossing the street to stick your toes in the sand. A nice grilling area is featured on site for use and provides seating. Please be sure to keep this area clean and free of debris during use.

Sandpiper complex is located approximately a mile and a half from the Hangout and is nearby many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Love our stay!

We came with a bunch of other families and it was such a family friendly spot! We loved being right on the beach and the condo was nice and had comfortable furniture and lots of bed options for the kids with the twin pull out beds. We can’t wait to come back next year!
