Honestly, no complaints at all. Extremely clean and i loved the blinds, lol. We played a few board games, sat outside a lot, used the firepit, and we felt very safe and comfortable.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving family vacation. Perfect location to be able to go to town, but still feel like you’re deep in the mountains. The mountain views were STUNNING. The home was phenomenal!!

Heaven's Front Porch

This home is nothing short of fantastic! Beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked, and the property manager was PHENOMENAL! The views are Absolutely Stunning! We so enjoyed our short weekend here on Butterfly Mountain. ❤️ Pros: Well-stocked kitchen, Fairly easy drive up the mountain, Awesome Views, Boardgames for the kiddos, Washer/Dryer, Spacious floor plan/bedrooms, Accommodating owners, GREAT property manager Cons: (If I'm being extremely picky) Internet is a bit slow for streaming (but you are on top of a mountain), Our boys mentioned how nice it would be to have a pool table/game room downstairs, No hot tub (would be a great addition) Overall, 5+ stars! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again to the owners for sharing your home with our family! Much thanks, The Summers from the NC Coast

We loved it! Clean, Comfortable, and Incredible Views!

My family and I have been traveling to NC for many years but this was our first time in the Franklin, NC area. We believe we have found our new favorite mountain town. :) This beautiful home exceeded all of our expectations! Super clean and extremely comfortable. Honestly, this house has the best mountain views we have experienced in all of our North Carolina stays. The layout of the home was perfect for my family. We enjoyed hanging out in the spacious common areas while having our own private/cozy rooms for retreat. The home has two levels with two living rooms. The kids had their own little vacation downstairs while the adults enjoyed relaxing upstairs. This was a huge plus! Everyone agreed the outside fire pit area was our favorite. We watched the most incredible sunsets while roasting marshmallows by the fire. Having the luxury of being so close to so many things (hiking, rivers, restaurants, grocery stores) while feeling secluded in your own little world was definitely a highlight of the home's location. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had during the stay. We are already planning a return visit in the spring! If you are looking for the ultimate mountain home experience with all the modern conveniences and comforts, then you definitely want to book this home.
