We live just up the road in Banner Elk and have called the High Country home our whole lives. There are even some street signs named after settlers donning our last name! :) North Carolina through and through and when acreage on the river in Valle Crucis came available, we did not need to even think about it and began borrowing money from friends and family. It takes a village sometimes. A few years later we built our two riverfront cabins!
Why they chose this property
We chose Valle Crucis because it is literally the center of everything to do. We are smack in the middle of Boone, Banner Elk and Watauga Lake! All things High Country exploring, VC is the best place to call home base.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because nobody has acreage in Valle Crucis, we are located off a state-maintained road and direct frontage on the Watauga River in the peak fly-fishing mile.
