Absolutely perfect place for the 5 of us - each teen daughter had her own room and bathroom, and we had a lovely master space as well. Impeccably clean, modern and fresh, lovely beds/bedding, and excellent location. Highly recommend - we will be back!

This was my first VRBO reservation and experience. This property was located close to the beach in a convenient location. The property did a great job communicated all the details and following up during the stay. I thought they did a great job and made it very easy. I would stay at this property again when visiting San Diego. The property was a great layout and made it easy for the family to spread out.

Amazing location right by the beach

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo was amazing. Pacific Beach is a few hundred hards away. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The dedicated parking spots were perfect.

Great San Diego Location!

Mom and 2 adult children who live in different states met up in San Diego! Amazing location, easy to get to all areas of the city, yet a few shorts steps from the beach. Great communication with host! Highly recommend!

Fantastic

From booking to check out, instructions were clear and helpful.The location is perfect! It's less than a minute (depending on how fast you walk) to the beach and fabulous shopping and eating close by. It's also not a far drive at all to Sea World, Old Town, or Downtown.Pacific Blue One is one of the best vrbo we've stayed at. The townhome was well stocked, clean, and looked just like the photos. It was also extremely well priced for a 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom place. The hosts were attentive and great at communicating with.Would definitely book this fantastic place again!

Very spacious two level condo. The kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded. Very close to everything.

The place was more than we expected. It was a very comfortable stay. Staff called daily to check in on us to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated. Beautiful home. Upgraded. Close to beach, markets, and restaurants.

Family Fun

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed M-F and it was very quiet. It is a good size to accommodate family time but also has space enough to be able to spread out and have alone time. It was really great to have three bathrooms and having two parking spaces is amazing!! Perfect location, so close to the beach and bay!

Great for families with teens

Family vacations with teens can be challenging, a little space is a welcomed stress reliever, this condo was absolutely perfect. A teen upstairs and a teen downstairs. No drama, happy parents!!! Would book it again in a heartbeat. Great location was icing on the cake.

Beautiful

I loved all the space in the rooms and bathrooms were lovely. Great place to stay for large or multiple families!! Highly recommend!!! I will always try and stay here when we travel this way! I I recommend staying during the week if you are here for the beach and have a young family. Beautiful!!!! Communication with property manager was very good.

The condo was in a great location. So close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Walk everywhere. The covered parking was great and very convenient. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. The only downside was that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. But overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Nice Condo

Overall we had a very nice experience at this condo. It is right in the heart of all the action and just a short walk from the beach. The only comment I would make about the condo itself was that the carpets could use a good cleaning and the ceiling fans could use a good dusting. There were some dust bunnies on the walls of the master bedroom. But overall it was very clean. The view outside of the family room window is less than stellar. It’s basically a dumpy house where a guy is trying to do some renovations. If you don’t care about the view and are always sleeping there than it’s perfect. Lots of space for everyone.

Everything was great , a few things we loved. * location was fanastic, just a few steps from the beach, shops, grocery, food, etc. * the house was spacious enough for our group of 8 *3 updated, very nice, big bathrooms!!! *washer/dryer worked great! * A/C awesome, ceiling fans * Nice TV's *the garage is gated! *the property access is gated! *kitchen was fully equipped with everything, toaster, blender, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. We definately would consider staying again! A couple things that need a little attention: *Toilets need adjusting, they refilled constantly. *the carpets need to be cleaned *house could needs a deep, thorough cleaning, walls, doors, baseboards, tile etc. Overall good experience!

Don’t always believe what you see.

Perfect floor plan , wash &dryer, over priced for what I thought For what we paid. Gated garage , location was good. How ever photos on internet misleading. College beach community so a bit noisy , bar across street loud . Don’t tell you that that. Home noise pretty much ends at 10 pm. Black mold in master bath shower, cleanliness and paint wall and molding dirty , hand railing sticky . paint condition, furniture stained and , tired. Oven was not clean , under bed not clean , urine smell in twin bedroom , and noisy mattress. Seating a little sparse. Considering unit sleeps 8, we were 6 and then guest.

Great location, will come back!

The communication with the property management team was the best I have encountered with any place I have rented from. I had a last minute change in dates, and I was nervous to ask them about changing the date but within minutes of my request (on a Sunday!) they said "no problem!" There was a drainage problem in one of the bathrooms, and within an hour there was a maintenance guy at our place fixing it! The LOCATION of this place is prime, and is the main reason why we went with the property. One block away from the best beach in SD (Pacific beach), with lot of shopping, bars, and restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again for future trips. Next time, I will request the side of the building that faces the ocean. Not that there are ocean views on that side, but at least you can lookout to the main street for some people watching from the balcony, as opposed to having neighbors (abandoned?) backyards as our view. Also, the balcony itself was pretty small, only big enough for two people to sit, which was a bummer since we have two kids and once they go to sleep, we like to sit outside and relax, and it just wasn't a huge space for that. But that was the only complaint!

Location was key for us so this property worked well. We arrived only to be given the incorrect gate codes to enter the property to get into the parking garage. Luckily we got in because someone else was leaving so we could obtain the key from inside the home. Shortly after this inconvenience I received a text about noise complaints when we were all unpacking
.with an appropriate noise level. And again received another notice about noise during the day when we weren’t even at the property but at the zoo. White linen is key for me in rentals but the beds were super creaky and felt like bumpy cots. Everytime I put my toddler down for a nap he woke up when I got out of the bed. Frustrating. AC worked well. The location was perfect and a block or two from the beach and food. However due to the inconvenience of all the codes to access the property and get in I would most likely not recommend staying here again because arriving with two kids after a long drive. The last thing I needed was to be given wrong codes and struggle to get in.

The property sits one block from the beach. Mission Bay is also an easy 7 minute walk for warmer water temps and no waves. Ralph’s grocery store is a two block walk. There are also dining options within walking distance. The property itself was decent. The first issue that was noted were the pillows. They had so much air in them, it was difficult to get comfortable. The weather was a little cold and the heater didn’t work much. I tried to set it myself and it wasn’t coming on. I sent a message to the staff who said they turned it on. The next morning, it was only 68 degrees inside and was difficult to get moving. The next morning was the same, even though it was set to 72. The toilet downstairs started randomly whistling really loudly the second night/morning, that woke me up numerous times. We had to close the bathroom door, the bedroom door, and play wave sounds on the phone during the night to drown it out. The three full bathrooms did help because we had 2 adults and 4 kids. That made getting ready in the mornings and showering pretty easy. 2 parking stalls included was also nice. The parking is gated and we had to pick up the remotes from the room before parking. The property provided 2 beach chairs that sit low to the ground, a lawn chair, and a folding camping chair. There was also a football, frisbee, and another ball catch game. They also provided beach towels. If the house temperature could be fixed, we would definitely recommend and stay here again.
