★ INFORMATIONS ★

EARLY CHECK IN
We do allow early check in. Please check with host before arrival so we can arrange things for you.

GRILL
Good news that our 2 Grills are free & ready to use as we provide propane gas as well!

PARKING
Please note that street parking is not allowed. We have a dedicated driveway which can park 4 cars, and a garage for additional 2 cars.

PETS
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $150 that must be settled prior to check-in.

4WD/TRACTION
This may be necessary in the winter with heavy snow. Watch the weather reports carefully and plan accordingly. Park with handbrake on.

EV CHARGER
EV-charger in garage (240V Level 2 EV-charger). It is a JuiceBox 48A EV charger + J1772-Tesla adapter next to it. Garage height clearance is 6ft 4inch.

INDOOR FIREPLACE
It is a wood burning with gas starter, firewood is provided in the garage. You can also bring your own firewood at Safeway nearby.

PRIVATE DECK
We clean and maintain the deck after guests leave. But if the house is vacant for a few days, there will be pine needles and snow accumulating on the deck. Keep in mind that Deck furniture not available in the winter and late fall.

ENTERTAINMENT
We now offer Fubo TV for your entertainment—catch live sports, popular TV shows, and so much more right from the comfort of your stay.

PET TOYS
We've got your furry friends covered! You'll find a basket of toys, dog bowls, and a cozy dog bed under the TV in the living room.

HEATER
During winter, when you check out or leave the property do not turn heater off, always leave the property heated to at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing the pipes. We've added a Dry Guy heater in the garage—a perfect way to dry your shoes and gloves after a fun day on the slopes. Stay cozy and ready for more adventures!

HOT WATER
Please be mindful of the length of shower you take as it can impact the amount of hot water available for the person after you.

NOISE
Be a good neighbor! Keep it quiet from 9 pm to 8 am. No loud music or noise outside, and please head indoors by 9 pm. Even in the hot tub, remember to keep the noise down. Let's all respect these noise rules.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We do not have security cameras inside the home but we have on outdoors for your security purposes.

TRASH
Please put all the trash inside the bear box including recyclable blue bags. Make sure it's locked when you do. Never leave the trash outside. There's a minimum of $100 fee if left outside. If bear boxes are full, please double bag the extra and leave them in the garage
