We brought our family to stay during the holiday break and had an amazing time! The house has everything you could need, is very clean and is a great space for a family to spend time together but also stay out of each other's hair. The beach is gorgeous and literally steps away. It is a relatively unpopulated beach so no crowds to worry about. An unexpected highlight included the games and puzzles available at the house. My teenagers spent most of their time puzzling and taking walks on the beach - so nice to see them off their phones! One more highlight, the beds were SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend for a family vacation or friend's weekend away.

We enjoyed our stay! The primary bedroom is spacious with glimpses of the ocean (same view from family room). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans of all sizes and baking and cooking essentials. A one minute stroll to a sandy, uncrowded beach (we even found a fully intact sand dollar!). Also, it's accessible to those who can walk but have limited mobility: short walk from parking lot to the front door (slight incline), single-level unit, short walk to the beach via a boardwalk to your choice of wooden steps or a sloped sandy path. Located right between Monterey and Santa Cruz, and pretty close to Elkhorn Slough.

Excellent facility. Very much appreciated how clean well stocked (e.g., laundry detergent) and user friendly the facility was. Appreciated the children's toys the owner had made available for my grandchildren staying with us. My only, very minor, complaint was the bathroom design with no door in the master bedroom. Aside from that, everything was outstanding and we very much enjoyed our stay,

Spent few days with my family in the beach condo. Everything was exactly as per the description, clean, spacious and very well located for any sightseeing in the area followed by a relaxing evening at the beach!

Home away from home

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach was literally steps away. The home was very clean and it actually felt like home. We definitely recommend.

Another great stay

We stay at the Ryan’s property frequently. The property is immaculate, great size, incredibly comfortable and is mere steps from the beach. They are great hosts and truly nice people. My kids, my wife and myself love the property. Thanks as always.

Perfect for Our Family

We have been staying at Pajaro going on 35 years and this condo has got to be in our Top 5 of all the places we have stayed. So many comfortable amenities - the beds, the couch. Kids loved the huge TV and we so enjoyed our time at the beach, as always. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

The property is very well appointed. It has everything you could want for a nice family vacation. Proximity to the beach is great. Multiple patios allow for quiet outside time, together or alone. Communication with host was timely and cordial.

Friends and family weekend

We had a lovely weekend stay. My teen girls and their friends loved the access to the beach and pickle ball paddles and courts! I loved the miles and miles of beach access for long walks. Sunset was gorgeous both nights we were there. The place is super cute and host very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

This place is beautifully decorated and furnished with all you would need. The location is very easy to get to and it was well worth it! so close to the ocean.

Overall good stay

This 3 bedroom unit is roomy and nicely decorated with a great location. We loved the large sectional, coffee bar, and ease of checking in! There could be some improvements for comfort. First off, there is no door on the bathroom in the master. This makes for an awkward stay and constantly having to shut and lock the bedroom door when using the bathroom. The shower in the main living area needs a replacement handle as it fell off the first day we were there and we had trouble getting the shower to properly turn on. The bed in the master is VERY soft and warn. The left side dips pretty bad. We ended up sleeping backwards with our heads at the bottom to help with the dips. For the price and location this place is great, just a few things that could be upgraded.

Another great stay at Pajaro Dunes

We have stayed at Whitneys place a couple times now. It is always very clean, well appointed and has a great layout and comfortable furniture. It is an easy short walk to the beach. Wi-fi is strong also. We have stayed at Pajaro many, many times but we love this spot. The owners are always receptive and are genuinely nice people. Thanks again guys.
