Clean, bright, comfortable & private upper level 2BR/1BA within our family home in a quiet La Jolla neighborhood with a laid back California vibe and peek ocean view from living room. Centrally located, 10-15 minute walk to all: Village (restaurants/shops/art galleries), the Cove, Windansea Beach; it's your call!

Newly remodeled full kitchen, dining area and living room, with 55" smart TV with soundbar & extremely fast wifi (1GB). Bedrooms have black out blinds for a good sleep and the larger bedroom has a smart TV with Roku.

Separate, private entry with keyless lock makes for easy check-in/out and access for all guests! Parking is on our quiet street that does not have restrictions. There is also a handicap spot at the corner.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unit is totally private and has it's own entry but is within our home (i.e. attached) and shares walls. Guests need to abide by local noise rules.
Parking is on the street (no restrictions). NO SAND allowed on property! We have a spray house in front yard for your use.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to the beach every afternoon to watch the sunset and enjoyed all of the local coffee shops. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Nice place at a good price

Overall really good place in a convenient area. While possible to walk to beaches, restaurants, etc it is on the far side but was just a quick couple of minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go and no issues with parking anywhere we went. Owner was very responsive as well.

Location, Location, LOCATION! We are on a quiet street with great neighbors and just a 10 minute walk to the beach or village.

What makes this property unique

Location and a nice ocean view from the living room and front bedroom since it is on the second story. We keep it squeaky clean and provide all guests with privacy.
