Un endroit paisible et privé sur Flanders Bay. VUE PANORAMIQUE SUR L’OCÉAN de Mt Desert Island sur une baie parfaite pour faire du kayak. Nous avons un quai, un radeau de natation, 2 kayaks à votre disposition ainsi que deux vélos. L'appartement propose un hébergement séparé de la maison des propriétaires avec un lit king size confortable, un salon, une mini kitchenette avec un grand réfrigérateur disponible, votre propre terrasse avec vue sur l'eau, un barbecue, un quai et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances paisibles dans le Maine. Nous offrons deux vélos de croisière et kayaks de l l pour votre usage sans frais. (L'utilisation des vélos et des kayaks est à vos risques et périls. Les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables des blessures causées par l'utilisation des quais et des radeaux de nage.) Situé entre la péninsule schoodic et ellsworth. Port Bar et Acadia National Park sont à environ 30-40 minutes de route. Votre chien est le bienvenu s'il est brisé. Tous les conforts de la maison sont là et tout ce que vous voulez vivre sur vos vacances dans le Maine est accessible! Wonderful Stay

The Perfect Getaway

Misty is incredible host - very friendly and helpful. Her place is beautiful, and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we loved watching the sea lion on the rock. Awesome Stay!!

We had the best stay. Misty is an awesome host and gave us a lot of ideas for restaurants and things to do. We had the best view and loved watching the seals and eagles. The studio was perfect to come back and relax at after our long days out and had everything we needed. Annie was an added bonus, just loved visiting with her. Great place to relax / very private!

Upstairs over a garage that is not used on a daily basis. Excellent view of the water from the porch chairs. Interior is eclectic with everything you could think of . Very comfortable king bed , very small bathroom/ shower with plenty of hot water! Host Misty is the very best. Full of great ideas/ places to eat/ what to see / etc. We look forward to returning!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our stay at Misty and Dan's studio apartment was a perfect location while we were visiting Acadia. After a day of hiking it was so great to come back to the serenity and magnificent views of their property. Can’t beat the view!

The location is perfect. Right on the water with very few people around. Great place to kayak or read a book in the hammock. Easy drive to Acadia National Park and Schoodic Peninsula. Several good places to eat just a short drive away. Owners were responsive and great hosts. The studio is clean and private and the bed was very comfortable.

this home has become my personal "heaven on earth". I hope to share my special spot with others enjoying privacy for each of us but also opportunity to build new friendships. This is a quiet location just off scenic Rt.1 providing gorgeous drives in both directions.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I am on 4 private acres. Lobster boats are the only activity you'll see in addition to an occasional kayak or two. Bald eagles are viewed daily. The yard gives you a peaceful repose by the water. Activity is available in every direction. Schoodic Peninsula, charming Winter Harbor, golf, tennis, galleries, antiques, and views everywhere. Mt Desert Island is 30-40 min. . My home sleeping 6 is an additional option to rent for family events.

Sullivan is the entry to the Scenic Byway which is Rt. 1 in Hancock County in what's considered Downeast Maine. The Scenic Byway leads you along the coastal towns heading north and east. I'm also located 30 minutes from Mt Desert Island with all the beauty of Acadia, boundless hikes and carraige trails and tons of entertainment!
