Private Mountain Cabin With Loft/Hot Tub/Stream and pet friendly

Thank you for your review, Caron, but I did want to address some things that you left out. It literally rained every day you were here, so yes, wooden bridges and stairs get slippery. Slimy? No, that entire house/deck/stairs was just pressure washed two weeks ago. You and I discussed the porch roof leaking, and I explained to you that it was scheduled to be replaced in the late fall when my bookings slow down. We already have a contractor lined up for this work, as I mentioned to you. The roof is leaking where it meets the cabin and the water is coming through only on the porch, not inside the house, as you seemed to imply. My listing does not say that there is a washer/dryer. It states that there is a coin laundry nearby. My listing also states in several locations the size of the cabin, so not sure why that would have been a surprise. Your comments on the "darkness" of the cabin and that the rugs and sofa are worn are unfair. We are pet friendly, and as such, cannot purchase new rugs and furniture constantly. We don't charge pet fees because we know guests love to travel with their dogs. We keep our prices fair so guests can come and enjoy our property and the area. The pictures on our listing are fair representations of the cabin and were taken on my cell phone, so nothing has been done to try to make it look any way but how it is. Again, not sure why you would be describing the cabin negatively when you should have viewed all the pictures before booking.
