Waterfront Maine charmer. Historic home built in 1800 on Winnegance Lake. Gorgeous water views from every room! of lake, Kennebec River & Doubling Point Lighthouse. Bring the whole crew to this great place. Lots of room for fun. Big kitchen, great yard & lake frontage. Paddleboard, boat, fish&swim right from the yard. Conveniently next to famous Winnegance general store. 5 mins to beautiful downtown Bath. Many local beaches & roadtrip destinations. Contact host directly(must)for event requests .
The space
Beautiful setting with many nearby Maine favorites. Weddings ok with prior permission and seperate agreement. Contact host for details. Do not plan a party here without letting us know in advance. House has lots of space for everyone & many historic details for the perfect Maine vacation.
Guest access
Parking in driveway & overflow lower driveway belongs to house. Winnegance store owners also sometimes park in lower driveway spots during day but do not have property access to home. 5 mins to downtown Bath. Very close drive to shops, golf, beaches, hiking and more coast of Maine attractions. Co-host and host can provide activities and points of interest by request.
