Property was perfect for our needs and close to shopping and restaurants. Beds were excellent and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 and the living area was a good fit for our evening socializing. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
We had a great stay at this property for a girls weekend. It’s in a great location and the property managers are very responsive! Our only complaint was we wish there had been a full length mirror somewhere! ;)
We rented this property to conduct some new employee orientation training and the living space was very accommodating for this. Big, comfy couch, large television, a great atmosphere.
Great place and location. Only draw back was the noise. You can hear every conversation outside as well as trash pick up and construction starting at 730 AM. So did not get much sleep
Very well located near the King Street restaurants. Three floors, very well furnished, modern and cozy. Very comfortable beds in 4 bedrooms. Quiet. Very nice deck. Very good kitchen with more than enough cutlery, glasses and china. Small details in many aspects. All in all, highly recommended.
We were a Group of 8 women and this property was perfect for us! Everything was within a 30 minute walk! Safe neighborhood! So clean and comfortable! The communication with this company was Amazing! Quick to respond and believe me I asked a lot of questions! Very professional! BTW they had so many essentials/ fully stocked! The only things I would recommend is having some fullLength mirrors and maybe some hooks on the back of the bedroom doors. Definitely consider this property! You won’t be disappointed!
Six of us were here for a sisters’ trip. Our stay was amazing. Clean, comfortable beds, everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Location was amazing to get to the fun on King Street. Was in walking distance for us to get to the Citadel to watch the parade. We enjoyed the outdoor patio immensely! Parking behind the unit was a bit tight- we were in a minivan and I cannot imagine being in anything larger. One shower was not draining, but was taken care of immediately when we called it in. I would definitely stay here again!
What a fantastic place to stay in Charleston! The property is beautiful and very clean! They provide plenty of towels and I appreciate the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers. The kitchen was extremely functional and included a lot of Keurig pods in a variety of flavors. Our group was 5 women and we had plenty of space. The neighborhood is safe and we walked everywhere. It did get a little noisy at night (young people out having fun ) but there were sound machines in the bedrooms so everyone got plenty of sleep. The management was extremely responsive and flexible (allowed early check in and allowed part of our group to leave their luggage in the secure front entryway because they had later flights). I would recommend this property and the property management team to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Charleston!
We rented a unit with 3 ensuite bedrooms but the 3rd and 4th bedrooms had a shared bathroom in the hall. For a place that size, 5 wine glasses are not enough. The A/C unit in the living room was missing the remote. Our work around was to climb on a stool and shut it off. We thought they would deliver a remote but didn’t. We had a shower issue and they responded quickly. Location is awesome! The living and dining space was comfortable. The rugs needed to be cleaned but everything else was in good shape. Having coffee, sugar, etc. made our first morning easier.
Overall, this condo matched the listings and generally met the needs of our party of 7 (2 families, including 3 young adults). Great location for exploring Charleston. Very walkable, near lots of restaurants. A few things to note: Importantly, this condo is not accessible for anyone with limited mobility/trouble with stairs. There is only one parking space with property (though there was a parking garage close by). One ensuite master is very small -- very tight space, almost no place to put luggage, we kept ours in the hallway. Condo was showing some wear and tear - some stains on carpets; a few scrapes/scratches on walls; some electrical outlets not working; wifi didn't work and we needed to get assistance (and they did enable us to connect to an alternate network). Level of kitchen supplies clearly assume you will mostly be eating out. Property owned by a corporate entity -- so you won't be dealing with a specific person.
