This 4 Bedroom 2 Bath House is located on a quiet street a short walk to local parks. Nestled under aspens, with its own fenced in yard, this home has great access to everything Crested Butte offers.
Upon arriving at Alpenglow, you approach the well maintained fenced in yard and the first of 4 decks. A foyer greets you upon entry. Follow down the hallway towards the three bedrooms, and a bathroom located on the entry level. Two of the bedrooms boast a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed.
Take the stairs up to the second floor where you the dining area with a table that seats 6. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances and a gas stove. The living room has a spacious couch, and has a door that opens to the front upper deck. The hallway wanders to the back of the house with a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower and a fourth queen bedroom. A final door will bring you to the back deck and stairs to the lower patio area.
** There is a loft at this home, but guests do not have access to it due to fire code**

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
-Turn off all lights, and televisions. If you have changed the INPUT on the TV, please return it back to the ROKU setting. -Close all shades
If you used the grill, clean/scrape leftover food from the grill. Make sure all burners are turned OFF after use. Once the grill has cooled down, cover it and make sure the Velcro straps are secured.
Return all outdoor furniture to the locations where you found it. Return all seat cushions to their storage bins. Front Deck has is a basket in the living room near couch, Back Deck has a plastic bin

Great spot in a great town

I shared this rental with 3 friends for a weeklong conference in CB. It's very close to the Center for the Arts which made it super convenient. The kitchen is pretty well set up for cooking, very close to Clark's Market, and it's not far over to Elk Ave where most of the restaurants are. Also easy to catch the bus up to Mt CB, so no need to drive and deal with parking there. This is my 2nd time in this property and I hope to book again for my next trip to CB.
