Welcome to the Coastal Cottage at Fox Lake nestled in stands of old oak trees is the perfect place to stay and recharge between trips out to explore all the Florida has to offer. Beach, Fishing, Amusement Parks, Shopping, Dining. Located off US19 you can buy anything from a donut to a Maserati on that road, Drive or take a trolley to World famous Clearwater Beach, or catch a quiet sunset at sunset beach. Explore the largest Greek community outside Greece Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks along Dodecanese Blvd. The eclectic areas of Downtown Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, and Dunedin all along Alt.19 for shopping and dining. This area is truly blessed with many options, or maybe your exploring and dream of retirement and your places to move to. Whatever your fantasy is it’s here to somewhere for you to discover.

After a lifetime in Medical and Manufacturing, we wanted a change of direction that allowed us to use our Designing and rehabbing skills. We created Coastal Cottage, a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath. This charming home was completely rehabbed in 2023
Why they chose this property
Located between US 19 and Belcher, Just North of Alderman. Its tree-shaded lots make it feel a little like a cottage out of a fairy tale. Centrally located, so it's easy to get to the beach, the airport, St. Pete, or Tampa.
