La Villa Madeira Resort à Madeira Beach est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances en famille. Ce bâtiment sécurisé et bien entretenu est situé au cœur de Madeira Beach, à distance de marche du John's Pass et directement sur le sable. La piscine du complexe est chauffée toute l'année et offre beaucoup d'espace et de sièges pour se détendre ou profiter du soleil de Floride.

Ce condo situé au dernier étage vous offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et le golfe depuis la chambre principale et le salon. Le balcon privé avec moustiquaire offre un espace confortable et frais pour se détendre ou dîner.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bain attenante. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche surdimensionnée sur mesure, d'un lavabo privé et de toilettes. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec un lit Queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits superposés. Le bain d'invité hors de la zone principale comprend un ensemble douche / baignoire.

Le salon est équipé de nombreux sièges, d’un nouvel écran plat de 42 pouces et d’un thème de bar Tiki unique dans la cuisine. Beaucoup de livres, jeux et DVD pour vos divertissements hors plage, et un accès facile au balcon extérieur.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et est équipée d'une sélection complète d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle.

Comprend tous les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, et une bonne sélection de chaises de plage et de jouets! Laveuse et sécheuse, WiFi haut débit gratuit et télévision par câble.

Clean and well appointed

Perfect, clean 3 bedroom for extended family gathering. Close to the beach, yet quiet top floor. Easy walk to John’s Pass and restaurants. ITrip, as always, is wonderful to work with!

Thank God for the weather and the beach! As far as the Condo is concerned…buyer beware! Pictures are deceptive…flooring is coming up, beds are a joke and so much more! Not worth the money!

The view and layout of the condo were amazing. Communication with owners was easy and fast. Location of the condo is perfect for walking to plenty of food places and Johns Pass. We were able to see beautiful sunsets and dolphins throughout the entire stay. Would highly recommend this location.

Great property and location

We had a great time on our Mother, Daughter, Grand daughter trip. This is a perfect location right on the beach, very short walk to Caddys restaurant and close to shopping and other restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This is a wonderful condo! Beautiful views and top floor so no outside noise Very convenient to restaurants and ice cream store across the street! The pool was very nice and also heated! Wonderful place so we will be back next year!!!!

Great Getaway

We loved staying right on the beach. Condo was mostly clean and more spacious than I thought it would be. It fit our family of 6 very well. The deck size was great as well! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Spring Break

Everything was wonderful! The location was great and the condo was clean and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed (and appreciated) the heated pool and spent most of their time there. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!

We loved everything about our stay. Loved the balcony, lots of chairs and a couple tables. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Only thing we would have liked is one more elevator key. Other than that, it was perfect!

Condo was very nice, area was convenient to shopping and food.. overall very pleased. Kitchen could use a measuring cup, and big serving spoons...plenty of pool and beach toys in the outside closet. Umbrellas were broken but had several usable chairs

Small slice of heaven

We had the best time escaping the cold weather from home for the week. (It snowed back home while we were here!). You can’t beat the view from the balcony. We spent most of time at the beach, which was clean, quiet and uncrowded. We were able to walk to most places and the weather was absolutely perfect the entire trip! The condo was clean, quiet, and while the pool/area outside the building was under construction, it was never a bother, or inconvenience. The construction workers were super friendly! We saw so many dolphins, and the nightly walks on the beach made for excellent shell hunting, and sea snail/hermit crab hunting. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Location

Love this property. People will complain about the lack of keys but we had two sets and with a little planning, we made it work just fine. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were a couple minor things in need of repair but it didn't change our mind about our stay. We will definitely be coming back

Absolutely amazing!!

This place is perfect! Best views I’ve experienced of the Gulf of Mexico. Huge walk-in shower attached to the master bedroom. Access to the balcony can be made from the living room or master bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Best part of this place was the location, there was a local candy store and ice cream shop across the street. There is also a local coffee shop right on the corner. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place!

Views from the Top.

A very nice older condo, which has beautiful views overlooking the Gulf from the top floor . Clean, property management team was excellent. Limited amenities for the beach and the condo association will not allow you to bring their chairs onto the beach. Will rent again.

Top floor condo

The condo is in a very nice part of Madeira beech- a short walk down to John’s pass. The three bedroom unit was very accommodating for our family. We did experience a few problems but nothing to ruin our stay. I would suggest the owners stay in their condo for a couple weeks to experience the same details that needed address before the next rental . Besides that the condo is very nice.

Old condo

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.
