Cozy one bedroom ideally located in downtown historic Rockport with an ocean view. Direct private seasonal access to Front Beach via staircase on property. Featuring contemporary design and current amenities. Owned and operated by the host.

Clean modern design throughout this comfortable apartment. Enter through the living room furnished with a sofa and TV. Kitchen has all new appliances, tools and a high top table perfect for preparing and enjoying a meal. Tranquil bedroom with a queen bed and window overlooking the harbor. Central AC/Heat. Second floor of multi unit building.

This apartment does not come with a parking space, but there is street parking and overnight parking is free after 6pm.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn down heat / turn off AC.
You do not need to take out the trash and recycling on your last day.
Please keep mixed recycling separate in a paper bag (provided under sink)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes upon entry. No parties allowed. No running inside.
Please only use spiral staircase as emergency exit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please turn off lights and turn down AC/Heat when leaving.
Quiet hours strictly observed from 10pm to 7am. This is an apartment building, not a standalone house, so sound travels more than many guests expect.

Once again my husband and I enjoyed staying at this charming contemporary property. Shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach, just short steps away. Falling asleep and waking to the waves, priceless.

Wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this lovely lodging. The town of Rockport is the perfect getaway and we absolutely loved the accommodations. They were clean and modern with top notch appointments. We were lulled to sleep with the gentle sound of the waves. We strongly recommend this lodging for anyone who appreciates the ocean, the arts and pristine surroundings.

Quiet beach getaway

My daughter (14) and I spent our summer vacation on a road trip through New England. We wanted one stop to be a quiet beach town. Rockport and this rental were the perfect fit. The apartment couldn’t have been more convenient to both the beach and the small town. It was beautifully renovated and appointed with everything needed. We were a little done with restaurants at this point in the trip so we opted for dinner at home one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was steps from the beach and a very short walk to shops, galleries and restaurants. Although the lack of parking was a little scary leading up to the trip, I quickly realized it was a silly fear. We got parking right on the street with no problem and just stayed on top of paying the meter. It wasn’t a hassle for us. Our stay was a weekend in late June so I anticipated the worst street parking. The place was lovely. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay again if I find myself in Rockport.

Very cute apartment, with a beautiful bedroom that literally loves you to sleep to the sound of waves.A few amenities would upgrade this to a stellar rental: the ability to dim lights in the main rooms so they’re not so bright, a couple of chairs in the living room so you can face one another, in particular would really provide a major upgrade.

I came here to stay for my birthday weekend, and I really enjoyed staying here! It is in the perfect location in Rockport. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and beaches right outside of the place. It beautifully overlooks the ocean and is just a few steps down to the beach. The place was gorgeous, very clean, and well stocked with some essentials. Communication was super easy and thorough with the host. Overall I had an amazing stay!!
