Summer is about to turn FALL, , Escape work or just visit the beautiful mountains with our Cozy Cork Cottage as your warm fireplace nest/pad for local fun & local adventures.

In late summer & Fall relaxing by the patio waterfall surrounded by fireflies, birds and mature hardwoods & forest Or just enjoy your favorite warm beverage in the living room near the warm stone fireplace, very good choices!

The charm of our Cozy Cottage offers soothing, sophisticated sanctuary from hectic fun-filled days of learning this mountain region, Biltmore Property, sightseeing, Wineries, breweries and Boutique Restaurant visits, shopping, hiking or biking.

The cottage is BRIGHT and CHEERY with lots of windows furnished with 2" white Venetian Blinds throughout. Look out across front and back yards at a beautiful variety of huge mature trees. It's so peaceful and relaxing in the cozy Living Room furnished tastefully with art, comfy seating and attractive lighting that you just may find it hard to leave after a few days of total enjoyment!

However, once you get out for Asheville fun activities, you'll be happy to return on the easy driving roads to the Cozy Cottage's off-street lighted and covered Private Parking. The driveway easily accommodates 2 vehicles in tandem with one in carport.

The house is generously set back off the street so your vehicles are tucked in quite safely. Tranquility and security abound in this charming little cottage in the trees.

Quaint and cute, the cottage's brilliant floor plan gives it a much Bigger feel and provides lots of privacy! One can be rustling about in the full kitchen without disturbing another guest ! The kitchen door allows entering and exiting to the patio/backyard without disturbing bedroom inhabitants. Bedrooms and bathroom have upgraded cottage doors.

The Cozy Cottage has very easy access to Sweeten Creek Road, Hendersonville Road, Airport Road, Long Shoals Rd and I-26 making it simple to connect to all points of interest while visiting Greater Asheville or Hendersonville or even the Lake Lure region!

OUTDOOR SPACE: Outdoor dining area with gated Large fenced backyard for security. Waterfall/pond feature adjacent to concrete patio, pond light and water pumps are set automatic and require no guest attention.

INDOOR SPACE: Stone natural Gas fireplace, gas stove, TV w/ Firestick, Netflix, Disney+, Local network channels via Digital Antenna, NO Cable box/TV. NO landline phone.

KITCHEN: 4-person dining table. Fully equipped, drip coffee maker, toaster, spices, dishware, flatware, microwave, full fridge, blender, slow cooker, dishwasher, Brita filtered water pitcher, Starter coffee, sugar & creamer.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heat pump heat/Air, washer & dryer, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, linens, towels & small 1st aid kit.

NOTE- 2 Security exterior surveillance cameras (facing out), 2 step stairs required for access
