Bright, open, and comfortable with oversized heated pool. Situated in a waterside community in the East. East Hampton, North West Woods. Three bedrooms, two full baths, a den, and an outdoor shower. Master Suite on the upper level. .Open living and dining area with skylights and sliders leading to large deck Private 20x40 pool area is surrounded by brick patio and mature plantings.

i love the quiet and calm country feeling of the area. The house is casual and comfortable yet it has everything one needs for a great vacation. the ability to walk to the bay in minutes is a special treat. There are never crowds and it is great for those who want calm water or a quiet spot. We are convenient to the Village, Ocean Beaches, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. You will have access to the entire house. There will be one locked closet where the owners keep their things
Other things to note. Maximum 6 guests. No parties as this is a quiet residential area. NOTE 5 DAY MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST
