About Michelle Lewis & Marco Bianchi

Since we moved to Phoenix in 2006, San Diego has been one of our favorite places to vacation. We both grew up not far from my beach (my husband is from Tuscany, Italy and I am from New York City) and the beach is one thing that Phoenix lacks! Purchasing a home in San Diego has been on our list for several years and we are so excited that we found this amazing place to enjoy and share with others!

Michelle Lewis & Marco Bianchi purchased this bungalow in 2013

Why Michelle Lewis & Marco Bianchi chose Pacific Beach

We've stayed in many homes in the Pacific Beach area and we love it here. PB has a great relaxed beach vibe and is wonderful for families. We wanted a place that we could run home from the beach easily if we forgot something (with 2 kids that happens a lot!), and that would allow us to enjoy the great San Diego weather without even leaving our home. This place really does have everything we could ever hope for in a beach home.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Everything was ok!

Thanks a lot!

Super clean and close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

We have been traveling to the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach area for years. This little house is by far one of the best we have stayed in. The house itself is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, toaster and coffee pot. The yard is fenced and very large, our lab totally loved it. The garage is a tight fit though if you have a large SUV, but well worth the private parking.

The location couldn't be better either. The house is a block away from the beach which makes it easy and accessible for going back and forth. The neighborhood is quiet and laid back which made it great for early morning walks. There are coffee shops, and a small corner market just east of the house. There are a ton of restaurants close by and both Ralph's and Sprouts are within an easy bike ride or walk. Tuesday evenings there is a little farmers market with fresh fruits and veggies and food vendors just south of the house.

This location is on our list of places to rebook next year!

Very cute property, clean and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful time. This house is so convenient to all the places we had to be (downtown, La Jolla). The house is precious and very beachy. We walked to the beach and enjoyed breakfast nearby. Loved having the added convenience of the garage and the beach stuff in the storage closet (umbrella, chairs, etc.). The only issue we had was we had to buy toilet paper and there were no wash cloths, but this was not a big issue at all.

CHoose this place, you'll be glad you did

  • 5 of 5

The little blue house is comfortable, clean and 2 blocks from the beach! It's an easy walk to restaurants and bars and close to most of the attractions San Diego has to offer. Michelle and Marco were good communicators and responded to questions quickly. The only negative thing I have to say is the TV didn't work (cable box). This was an inconvenience to be sure but we were there for TV anyway. I'd highly recommend the place and would gladly stay there again!

thank you Michelle and Marco

Nice little spot close to the beach

  • 4 of 5

We had a nice time at the beach bungalow. The bedrooms were nice, bathroom was clean and in good shape, common area is a little small, but the outdoor area was huge. It was a little cool the week we were there, but we managed to use the grill and outdoor area a few times. In warm weather we would have spent time there every day.

Very easy access to the beach and we walked down a couple times each day. The 2 provided bikes were nice and we used them a lot. Lots of great places to eat nearby, and lots of places to explore nearby too. The neighboorhood was quiet and the one neighboor we met was nice - he gave us some fresh oranges too.

Perfect for our needs!

  • 4 of 5

This adorable little beach cottage was just right for my husband and me and our two pups. Very cute shabby chic decor, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The street is very quiet even though it is just a couple blocks form the heart of Pacific Beach fun. The yard has a secure fence and grass for our dogs, as well as a bbq and patio set. Parking on the street was not a problem in the winter but could be an issue in summer months. One a half block easy walk to ocean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Family visit to Pacific Beach

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed along with our two boys. It was the perfect sized home in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the beach every day, tons of restaurants, we felt safe, and the property was clean and comfortable. Parking could be tricky but the garage (though very narrow) made it much more convenient. We were out each day, all day but came back to relax in the evenings. It would have been nice to have a few more channels available on the TV, especially with the kids. The beds were really comfortable and the ceiling fans kept it cool. The "shabby chic" dressers are difficult to open and close. Bottom line, we had everything we needed in a clean and cozy home. The location was perfect to visit all our plans around SD.
