Just a 3 minute car ride to Petco, or a 15 minute stroll through Historic Downtown San Diego, this home is in the perfect spot for those looking to be close to all the action! Enjoy relaxing inside on premium beds and central AC, have a glass of wine on one of 2 private decks, or enjoy some corn hole in our spacious backyard. We hope to see you soon!

We are pet friendly! Please just dogs.

Convenient to downtown, perfect size for 4

We were very pleased with the excellent communication from our host about finding the property. Perfect size for four people, with two full bathrooms. Short distance from downtown and very clean.

Great Cottage

This cottage worked great for our trip. Even though it was in downtown San Diego, there was room to park off the street. It is a duplex, so we could hear the neighbors at times, as I assume they could hear us too - no voices, just light bumps and knocks from time to time. While we were there, the neighbors seemed to be full-time residents. The host was very responsive to our request..

Cosy space

Initially a bit difficult to find as there is a tree hiding the drive way however inside had all the things we needed for the time we stayed. The fridge and all the things you needed for a kitchen were there and bathrooms all clean. Explanation of the water filter and other things were clear and you could go over the road where there was a dollar store for anything else you may have forgot and some tasty options close by. There did seem to be a small spillage of washing detergent where the washing machines were but everything else was super clean when we got there. It was a good place for what we needed during that time.
