We had a wonderful stay. Our host was such a joy to have nearby, and his sweet dog Enola Mae made the experience even better. He helped us out on very short notice and welcomed us like old friends. Truly grateful for the hospitality.
Michael is always a pleasure to stay with. He makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay was great. Will stay there again!

Excellent weekend. Beautiful place, cozy and adorable with lots of personality and history. Lovely host, the best ever!! Would absolutely stay there again and again. Well stocked with anything you could need, and easily accessible.
Host Michael was so good, he made every arrangements in the house so we need not go out finding for anything. Patti, the neighbor was so loving. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly.
Michael has a wonderful property, the perfect relaxing location with amazing views. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Our dog even made friends with the neighbor dog and Michael's dog, he had a great weekend getaway too! Highly recommend this vacation home!
Wonderful experience. Michael was welcoming and the perfect host with local knowledge and a super friendly pup Enola. The cabin was charming and wonderfully located. We had a great time. Great cabin getaway spot, highly recommend.
Everything was great but the ceiling fans had dust all over them and we turned them on it went on bec. Host was great and friendly. Would definitely stay there again
Our stay at Michael’s barn cabin was absolutely wonderful! Michael was such a friendly and welcoming host, and his sweet dog Enola Mae made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The cabin itself was perfect — cozy, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was great too, close enough to everything without feeling busy or crowded. We truly enjoyed every minute of our visit and would happily stay here again!
This is one of my favorite rentals that I have ever stayed at. Michael, the owner, was extremely accommodating, kind, responsive, and helpful. The rental was fully stocked with everything you could need from kitchen utensils, to toiletries. The pantry was fully stocked with coffee supplies, the cabinets had plenty of dishes, and there were extra linens and towels. It’s very pet-friendly with the perfect grassy field for the pups to run around on, and the views were incredible. I was here on a work trip so we didn’t get to explore the area, but when we return, Michael offered to show us the best dog-friendly hiking trails. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants peace and quiet, a great host, and the perfect place for a romantic getaway or family trip.
I think this was a great place, nice and quiet with all the comfort of home, very comfortable relaxing, love to visit again
