'CAE MELODY'

Esta costumbre diseñado espectacular casa está situada por encima de 3.000 pies de altura, que da a un arroyo corriendo, y una pequeña cascada, ambos situados en la propiedad. Puede acceder a la cala de las escaleras excavadas en la ladera, o simplemente sentarse en la terraza por encima de las cataratas. La gran cubierta trasera está situado por encima de la carretera, y ofrece una vista panorámica de las copas de los árboles. La hoguera es perfecto para un asado marshmellow noche. El arroyo es adecuado para vadear, y la melodía del agua corriendo ofrece para muchos una tarde de relax. Hay una zona apta para la natación y arrastrando menos de 2 millas de la casa.

La cubierta trasera es ideal para comer al aire libre, o simplemente para relajarse después de un día ajetreado. Nuestros clientes a menudo comentan que aunque estamos un poco fuera del camino, la tranquilidad y la serenidad al final del día es bien vale la pena.

La casa está muy bien situado. Estamos a 7 millas de la Smokey Mountain Expressway, que proporciona fácil acceso a muchos lugares de interés. Relaxing stay

This is a great place to stay when you want to get away from it all. The home is cozy with lots of room to spread out and the deck overlooking the waterfall is a great place to relax.

Perfect sleep

This is the perfect place to hide from your cares. The waterfall sang us to sleep at night. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We really loved the cabin/house. My granddaughter just kept saying I love it, I love it, I love it. It was comfortable. The master bedrooms bed is like sleeping on a cloud. My granddaughters played in the stream everyday when we weren't off exploring.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time Lovely place to stay. So peaceful and restful. Just what we needed. Sitting on the deck listening to the waterfall , sitting by the waterfall , what a treat. There is not one complaint. We do hope to come back. Thank you for the hospitality.

Little slice of Heaven

We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave! We loved hearing the waterfall each night, very soothing! You could hear it from each of the bedrooms. It was so nice to actually unplug and relax! The kids played in the creek for hours instead of being in their devices! We will definitely be back.

Great property, creek with waterfalls is a plus.

This is the first time I have rented a Vrbo listing and I couldn't be happier. The grandkids enjoyed the waterfalls and exploring the creek. There was ample room and the home had comfortable beds and sofas on which to sleep. The property owner was very informative and communicated in a timely manner via email and phone. It was a wonderful mountain getaway experience. Mike, in southern Georgia.

Loved this place!

This was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is a bit remote, as you'll need to drive a bit up a windy road, then a gravel road. There is no cell service, as the listing mentions, but we were also not able to get logged onto the wifi, though there is a landline which came in handy a couple of times. This was not a problem for us though. The property is beautiful, and I would have hated to spend my time staring at a screen. I had a great time, and would definitely book here again!

Mountain getaway

We had an amazing time til the power went out, we lost access to starlink and were unable to notify the power company without driving 20 minutes to the nearest reception area. So when they say there’s no service, there’s no service!! Aside from that, the place was super clean, had an excess of travel toiletries in case you forgot them. The waterfall off the back was soothing to say the least and the fire pit located to the side of the house provided a much need s’more date. My kids (12,13, 15) definitely enjoyed the place, especially during the outage, we all partook in a wicked game of hide and seek. Will definitely book again when get the chance.

Better than expected

Such an amazing weekend! The location is great…it was honestly better then we expected and really underrated considering it was only about 30 mins from everything we would need while we were there store wise! It is really secluded so no cell service at all but the fire pit and creek made up for that! We made wonderful memories! The games and movies available were a great addition! We stayed up late each night making s’mores over the fire, came in and played a serious game of UNO, and then everyone cuddled up to watch a family movie together…it was great!!! Highly reccommended!!

Dissapointed

I was looking forward to my stay at this property based on the photos. The location is beautiful though quite remote which has its pros and cons. Unfortunately the house is in need of some TLC/updating. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable but the rest of the house seems a bit awkwardly furnished and could have been cleaner. The creek is spectacular but the deck above it seems like a missed opportunity with only a couple of cheap plastic chairs and a small table/chairs. Similarly, the screened in porch on the front of the house would be a great place to sit and enjoy a rainy evening but an extra refrigerator and some beat up wicker chairs are the only furnishings. Overall, our stay was OK given the price, but with a little bit of updating and TLC to the house and property it could have been 4 or 5 stars.

Quiet, secluded get-a-way.

The reviews are pretty accurate. The pictures of the cabin are accurate as well, although it is bigger than what we thought. Plenty of room for 2 families with a couple of small children. There is a den that we didn’t even use, it has 5 small couches.. You can hear the creek from the house. The steps to the creek are steep, but nothing most people can’t handle. We are in our 50s and had no problem. The road is just outside the creek, but there is very little traffic. The house is about 15 minutes away from town. It’s a long, curvy road. You will pass a lot of creeks and pretty scenery. The gravel road is about a mile to the house. It’s just that, a gravel road, with some bumpy spots. Take it slow and you will be fine. The road is narrow, only 2 times in a 8 days did we have to pull over to let someone pass. The driveway is a bit tight for a one ton truck. All others will fit fine. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. It’s meant to be a place to unwind and unplug. No cable or satellite. There is a fire stick for news. No cellular service. All in all, it’s a great spot to enjoy the mountains, hike, and relax. Very reasonable and affordable. Side note: you do have to take your trash to the trash station. It is a quick drive-thru service. It’s not a big deal. If you check out on a Sunday, make sure you throw away your food items on Saturday, because The trash station doesn’t open until 1 p.m. you will have to take your trash with you when check out. All other days 7 a.m.

Throw blankets in the living room with dusty could’ve used to be washed. And the location was more remote than I anticipated but I think that’s probably on me to be more careful when looking at the listings. It was beautiful and we really enjoyed the waterfall. Host was very responsive and quick when we had questions about the televisions.

Just what we needed ‼ The cabin was very comfortable. We weren't sure about bringing condiments, soaps, coffee, so we brought a lot of the things we thought we would need, not to worry, only thing we needed was GOOD TOILET PAPER, lol. Everything else was plentiful. The house was very clean and comfortable. The sound of the waterfall was awesome all through the house. The back porch was where we spent most waking hours, if we were home. Don't know if the tvs worked, we never turned them on. Fire pit was great. The only negative I had was I couldn't get to the creek to sit and watch the kids. The steps were very rickety and no railing. It's a long ways to anywhere and mostly that was good. Thank you so much

It was an absolute beautiful location! It is about 30minutes to town so plan accordingly. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the waterfall. The only thing I wish was a bit different (and this is just if I was being SUPER picky) is the entertainment in the house. There is almost zero cell service on the mountain, so no using your phone to stream Netflix. Yes, they have internet/wifi, but the owners do not want you using it to stream movies. They do have a few dvds/vhs to choose from but not many, so pack some of your own or buy some on the way in to keep the kids entertained and out of your hair, haha!The master bedroom king size bed was sooooooo comfortable! My fiancée and I both slept like babies. And they have some very nice pans to use for all your cooking needs. My kids enjoyed the waterfall and the separate entrainment room/den so they could have their own hangout area.

This home was a custom designed home. It has slate floors in the foyer & kitchen, tile floors in the baths. There is rustic wood paneling and catherdral ceilings in the livingroom. Most of our guests comment on how restful it is, and everyone enjoys the creek & falls.
