Property was great, kitchen well stocked. Outside deck with BBQ was a welcome addition.
Property managers were very responsive.
Disappointing that as renters we were not allowed to use the community property pool.

Reviewer Comments:
Perfect location to enjoy all Tahoe has to offer. Somewhat laking in cleanliness (we found hairballs in most of the rooms and bathrooms). Property and appliances are quite dated, although fireplace was very nice. No salt or coffee in the kitchen so we had to head back out when we arrived, was a littel frustrating.
Let us begin with the location of the home and the home it self was perfect for our group. Had everything -stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue that was reported to Hauseman (property manager) of fleas in the house. I am allergic and found dog/cat hair in the house (bedroom & living rm). Soon I had bites all over both feet. So not happy discovering pets by owner were allowed but needs to be shared on VRBO that animals were allowed so one can decided if you want to risk or not getting bitten.

Comfortable Home with Lots of Room
We rented the home at Dollar Point over a long weekend. The location was very convenient to get to Tahoe City and Squaw Valley. The home was very comfortable, well stocked, and cozy. Everything was generally well kept, but could use a deep cleaning where upper shelves/light fixtures were missed and visibly dusty/cobwebby. And although I totally understand that the home is in a wooden area and bugs are a given, the front porch was quite covered in spider webs. Some of the linens, fixtures, could use updating, as well as maybe some touch up paint here and there. The space is great and all 8 of us could spread out comfortably. Definitely would rent again. Property management was very nice and accommodating.

Stayed for over a week at Christmas and the home was great for a family group. A comfortable 1960s/1970s vintage large home in a convenient North Shore location.
We had an excellent stay overall. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and had the basic supplies. The communication with the property management was easy. Would definitely stay again.

We have been renting the Vance house for many years and always enjoy our stay! The arrival and departure were smooth and we had no problems with our stay.
Nice place, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linen, towels. They gave enough toiletries for the weekend. Responsive management. Just a little FYI that it is an Older home that could use some TLC like paint n upgrades., but that didn’t impact our stay or make me rate this home any less. Beds are pretty firm.

We were 2 families with kids. The 4 bunk beds were a hit, and the common area was large and great. Overall however the house needs some updates, and some better beds/mattresses. I would probably rent here again, though my first preference would be a more modern property.
My friends and family enjoyed the time spending at this property. All that we needed was here. Clean, comfy and good condition. Kitchen has all needed to make a dish. Plenty of blankets if you are cold :). Kids had fun with boardgames and scooters (found in the garage). Walk distance to the lake.
We plan another trip to this place and stay at this property.
Great property and location. Close to beaches and downtown. Size of cabin is great for 8 people. Family room and kitchen warm and cozy. Great patios in front and back. Needs a few updates. Beds are old and hard. Mattresses need to be replaced. Internet WiFi is spotty. DVD player did not work and TV is not a Smart TV so we couldn’t stream movies.
Booking through Vrbo went smoothly. House worked Very well for our group of 5 adults & 2 toddlers. Proximity to pool (& 7-11!) was great!
Not fancy but totally adequate for our needs!
Spacious quiet home in the great neighborhood of Dollar Point. Beautiful beach and quick access to town. Great communication from rental company and HOA for any questions that we had regarding amenity access.
Our family really enjoyed the cabin feel of this property. Wood fireplace was perfect for the cold front that came in. The beach access was great, beautiful beach front, fun for the family.
