• Upper-level loft with sitting area, overlooking the living room.
• Lower-level game room with second living area with Smart TV (streaming only), electric fireplace, arcade games, foosball, hoops, and pool table; access to the second covered deck with rocking chairs and oversized porch swing.
• A whole-house generator protects the home from being impacted by power outages.

Home was clean and spacious. Perfect for family of 5 and two sets of grandparents. Black Mountain downtown is just 12 minutes away.

This house was well equipped for our family, and had a great combo of views, and proximity to the town of Black mountain! Our kids loved the bunk room and game room, and we loved the deck. While the house is named as “Brand New”, that may be outdated. However, it was just what we needed. The only downside was the noise from the highway trucks when out in the deck at night. However, being a quick drive from the highway and town was very convenient.
