Mauna Lani Resort is located on Royal Lands and was the historic vacation destination, as well as the burial place, of Hawaiian royalty. The Golf Villas at the Mauna Lani Resort are set amidst the championship Frances H. Brown North and South Golf courses. The overall setting is one of peace, beauty and serenity featuring coconut groves, gentle breezes, natural ponds, and distinctive volcanic formations with areas of lush grassland meandering through the (dormant) lava flows..

Golf Villa Q22 is a luxurious 2-storey townhouse with 2 bedrooms + loft with the lanai overlooking the beautifully maintained tropical gardens and the Resort’s private pool and sauna. Tasteful, high end, island furniture and decor adorn throughout the interior of Q22. From the moment you enter you will feel you are in an island paradise and a 5 star resort.

Entry into Q22 is via a flight of stairs which leads up to the main living areas. The kitchen, dining room and living room are an open plan. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counters and every appliance you need should you wish to prepare meals whilst you are on vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 4. The living room leads out onto the lanai where BBQ facilities and outdoor seating is provided. Enjoy your morning coffee and juice on the lanai and return in the evening for cocktails or a BBQ as the gentle trade winds blow through the towering palms.

Flat-panel plasma TV's are located in the living room, the king and queen bedrooms as well as the Loft. All TV’s are connected to cable and there is WIFI Internet access.

The master bedroom features a king size 4-poster island-style bed with an ensuite bathroom which has a separate shower, separate tub and dual vanities. The second bedroom features a 4-poster island-style queen size bed with adjoining bathroom and toilet. All bedding is 5-star resort quality.

The Loft is a separate living area on the second floor which has 2 comfortable lounges, an armchair and a desk. It is an area for quiet contemplation, reading or for those who need to do a little work or check emails. .

There is a lot to see within the Resort. It is a short drive to all of the resort’s amenities including the golf course, the world renowned Mauna Lani Spa, the beautiful and private Owner's Beach, world class dining, and shopping at ‘The Shops’ which has a supermarket and a number of varietal stores. Within the resort are three white sand beaches, 15 acres of fishpond preserve, 27 acres of historic parks, various natural swimming holes and ancient petroglyph sites.

As our guest you will have access to the Owner's Beach Club, a private white sand cove beach and restaurant exclusively for owners and guests. You also will receive the discounted resort rate on the two championship golf courses.

The Big Isle offers many adventures, so get out and see all the unique wonders of the Big Isle during your stay such as the active Volcano, swimming with the dolphins, The Observatory (biggest in the southern hemisphere), Parkers Ranch, the beautiful vistas of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa mountains to same just a few. A spirit of preservation of this unique environment is demonstrated in the many cultural and ecological programs sponsored in the area throughout the year. Enjoy the thrill of the release of baby Honu into the ocean during July, marvel at ancient petroglyph fields and fishponds and experience the serenity of this special place in Hawaii beside the crystal blue Pacific.

There are larger shopping complexes within easy drive from the resort, such as the King & Queen Markets at Waikoloa and any visit to the Big Island requires a visit to Waimea, Hawi, Hilo (home of Hilo Hattie) and Kona.
