Park the car for the week and hit the slopes! Our two bedroom two bath Condo is perfect for those who would rather be skiing than driving or waiting for the bus. We are a short three-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the Breckenridge Peak 9 Base. And, when you're done skiing you can take advantage of all of downtown Breckenridge - just a block away!
This two bedroom two bath condominium at 'The Columbine' sleeps eight comfortably and has free WiFi. The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Both bathrooms are renovated with large vanities. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space. The living area contains a queen-size sleeper sofa. The freestanding gas stove is romantic and easy to operate. Head out to the deck to relax amidst the pines. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, cabinets, and solid surface counter tops.
Walk to the slopes for a day of great downhill skiing. If cross-country skiing is more your style take the shuttle up ski hill road and you'll find the Breckenridge Nordic Center just below the Peak Eight base area. Also, just a short shuttle ride away is the Frisco Nordic Center.
This Condo is fabulous in the summer too. Breckenridge has an exciting year-round schedule which includes a film festival and summer concerts. Hiking is available on the adjacent White River National Forest and the Gore-Eagles Nest Wilderness Area is nearby. A bike path runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Mountain bike trails are available on the White River NF. Bike rentals are available in town. Other activities such as golf, horseback riding, river rafting, hot air ballooning, 4X4 tours, hay rides, and more are nearby. At the end of the day, you can fire up the grill out back and enjoy a relaxing dinner before you hit the hot tub or pool.

About Arlene & Jay Moss
We are Jay & Arlene Moss, the owners. We live in Colorado Springs. We love to ski as much as life with three kids allows us to. Between lacrosse games, scouting and church events and all kinds of kid stuff we get up to Breckenridge whenever we can sneak away. In 2004 we were finally able to buy a condo that holds the family and our kids' friends. The condo is close enough to the slopes that we all can head home when for lunch and if the kids decide to quit for the day we don't have to worry about them. If the kids want to head downtown to Crepes a la Cart or some other shopping we don't have to drive! Jay and I can relax and head to the hot tub to soak. We are sure you will love Breckenridge as much as we do. We hope you build some wonderful family memories while you are here.

We love being so close to the slopes, but nestled in the trees away from traffic and crowds. During the summer you are a stones throw from hiking and biking, but you can walk right downtown for some shopping or a dinner out. It's the perfect balance in location.

Convenient and cosy
We, family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the convenient apartment. Slopes and Town on walking distance. Super Holiday.
Location was nice close to everything. The only thing that I saw that needs addressed is the master shower handle. I had to work with it to keep from running after the shower. It would take a handy man a few min to fix. Thank you for letting us stay. God bless you.
Sorry about the shower handle, we had a misscommunication with the plumber and he didn't make it out before ski season. Fixed now!
Perfect place and location
Wow. Where to start! I've stayed at a couple of places in Breckenridge and I have to say this is #1 (almost don't want to give that secret away :-) )
I brought my kids (18 and 16) with me on this trip and it was perfect. My son claimed the hide-a-bed in the living room while my daughter claimed the bed room (which would serve 4 people).
The place was very clean and was well stocked with all we needed. At first I was thinking that not having washer/dryer in the condo would be a pain - but it wasn't.
The owners are EXTREMELY responsive and made the entire process stress-free and painless.
Location - WOW. Perfect location. If you ski - it's a 5-min walk or less to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and less than a 10 min walk to Main Street.
I will definitely plan to return for Ski Trips in the future and will consider this place for a Summer get-away as well.
Perfect place for a winter getaway!
We had an amazing time here- we skied three days in a row and it was the perfect place to come back and warm up next to the fire while watching the Olympics! It was so cozy and enjoyable and we look forward to staying here again!
Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!
We had such a great time staying at the condo! We were there to ski so being able to easily walk to peak 9 was amazing. The condo itself was super nice - very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Having access to the hot tubs was great as well, much needed after a day of skiing! All of the Check-In, checkout, and general “while you stay here” instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
We had 6 people and had no issues at all. Just an amazing time all around!! Would absolutely recommend this place to others.
Property is awesome!!!
The condo was great! Super clean, and equipped with pretty much anything you need. Location Location Location!!! I have stayed in this area every year, and by far the best place to be. A very short walk to the lifts, and also Main Street. The owners are super great, and quick to respond, and help out in what ever you need. We will definitely stay there again!
Columbine #202 is just a short walk to either the Peak 9 base area or downtown Breckenridge. You can hop the shuttle to go anywhere in Summit County. There's no need to drive, as all the restaurants, shopping and skiing are just outside your door. Columbine is located on a quiet loop off the main street, so you get the convenient location with none of the noise of traffic.
