Our perfectly situated villa features stunning lagoon views, tons of natural light and is located within steps of Folly Field Beach via one of 4 private beach access paths in Island Club - no need to cross any streets to get to the beach! So easy for families, especially those with small children!

When you enter the villa you will first notice the amazing view. The second thing you will notice is how much space you have! You and your family/friends will not be crammed into a tiny rental. This spacious villa is over 1300 sq ft and offers an open concept floor plan featuring new LVP flooring, popular agreeable gray paint throughout and new beautiful coastal furnishings.

The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked (dishes, utensils, pots/pans) for all your needs while away from home. Head to the kitchen to make your morning cup of coffee with the Keurig coffee maker or make waffles for a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach or taking a bike ride (rentals onsite). The dining area seats 7-8 comfortably and is conveniently situated between the kitchen and the living room.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for you and your family/group to relax, including 2 plush couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and an oversized comfy chair. The living area also features a smart TV with cable. Head out to the private deck off the living room to experience the serene sounds of the lagoon fountain and catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

The first floor also provides you and your guests a half bath, in-unit washer/dryer, as well as a desk area should you need to catch up on some e-mails or check social media!

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom provides a comfortable king bed with a private balcony overlooking the lagoon. This spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet and dresser for your items, as well as a TV.

The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin bunk beds - regular sized and its own private bath (tub/shower combo). This bedroom also features a TV to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach wagon are available for use during your stay. The beach is just a few short minutes away which allow for an easy walk back to use the bathroom or grab a bite to eat at the villa.
