Great little spot close to downtown. We walked with our 2 littles over the convenient pedestrian bridge and were downtown in a few minutes. Great host communication.

The description and pictures were accurate, some what misleading. The house was smaller than anticipated, there is not room for 6 adults. The walk downtown is hilly and some areas are not well lit. There is not designated parking, the driveway is narrow and grassy, the street is narrow, parking only on oneside of the street. That being said, we had a great time.. Some suggestions for the area:Wicked Weed great bar food, recommend fish and chips, The Blackbird has an amazing brunch. LaZoom comedy bus tours is fun,entertaining, a good way to see the various areas of the city and learn some history. The Lexington glass company was fun, watching him make a unique vase was interesting.

Great location, clean and quiet—close to downtown and if you have kids there’s a park with a playground a couple of streets over. This rental was fine for 3 adults, but 6 would have been crowded. Street parking is the only option and is at a premium on this narrow road.
