Craftsman Riverfront cabin on 7 plus acres with beautiful mountain and river views. Decks and porches with hot tub and lots of outdoor living space, fire pit sitting area. Large great room with fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wood burning stone fireplace, very comfortable first quality furnishings, smart HDTV, and high speed new Fiber WIFI. Two romantic bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The two bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of cabin from each other for privacy. Designer linens, spa robes, comfort and care all put together to provide you a special experience here in the mountains at MoonDance! Convenient location just outside the quaint mountain town of Hot Springs and the Hot Springs Spa. Five minutes to the Appalachian Trail. White water rafting and tubing right at your doorstep! MoonDance is perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary, romantic escape or just a getaway. Come and Relax!

So far this was the best place we have stayed in Hot Spring. We love Hot Springs and every host/ home has been great but this one was the best over all. The house had everything and was well kept. Loved not having to go and buy firewood! Just a beautiful place. Will stay again.

Five star rating is five star rating. From reservation to check out cannot think of any changes to ask for. Host was very accommodating. Attention to detail: the gas grill had even been cleaned and bottom had new aluminum foil to aid next cleaning.

MoonDance River Cabin was everything we hoped and more! The cabin has a great floor plan, is very comfortable, and is tastefully decorated. Another important feature is that the home was spotless - one of the cleanest properties we have visited! We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities the property offers. We spent time fishing right across the street and enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The owners are great communicators and go above and beyond for their guests. We hope to visit again in the future!

I stayed for 3 nights with my sister. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The area was great, hiking spots and some good food in the little downtown. Beers at the brewery were great and everyone in town was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

The location is so special by the French Broad River. It is just outside the town of Hot Springs, in a tranquil, quiet setting. It gives a great place to relax and enjoy the river, woods and trails. Come back to the cabin and sit back in the hot tub on the private covered porch and take in the beauty of the mountains! You can be to restaurants and shops in less than 5 minutes. The Hot Springs Spa is close by also where you soak in the amazing natural mineral water and have a massage. A great place to ride your bike, fish or boat. Our desire is to create a quality cabin which reflects all the charm and style of the mountains combined with the comforts and amenities to make your vacation enjoyable and a special experience.

What makes this property unique

Unique riverfront location. Just outside the town of Hot Springs with the National Forest, Appalachian Trail, white water rafting, horse back riding, whitewater rafting, kayaking, biking, fishing, etc. all at your doorstep.
