Couple’s getaway in a quiet neighborhood

Spacious, immaculate property with everything you need. Located at the back of the owner’s property — very safe and private. Great kitchen and lovely little patio with bbq too! Two blocks from the bay and a wide multi-use path that goes for miles. Hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Beach oasis

The property was just as described, and even more beautiful! Just 2 blocks from beach but very quiet neighborhood, perfect for the romantic getaway we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hosts..

Beautiful little cottage in a fantastic safe location. Trish & Brad have supplied everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home from home stay, and the personal little touches they provided were just so lovely. Thank you for making our trip so memorable & we will definitely stay again when we return to San Diego.

Perfect location!

Trish & Brad are amazind hosts providing everything we needed for our 7 night stay and very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with parking and 2 blocks from the bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun times.

Everything was exactly as we expected, and then more. Brad and Trish have a really welcoming home and we were able to have some much needed relaxation, and tacos, and maybe a few margaritas.

Nice house in quiet area

The property was perfect for me, traveling alone it afforded everything I needed. Was steps away from the beach and a great little cafe and coffee shop. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood and tucked away behind the main house and fence felt very secure.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the short walk to the beach! The property also has a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy a nice meal or drink outside! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home, location and hosts

Fabulous location, clean and comfortable home, and wonderful/responsive hosts. We enjoyed walking to the nearby cafe for coffee in the mornings and daily walks on Mission Bay. We will definitely stay at this location again the next time we are in San Diego.

Convenient location

Great location for walking and jogging. Near two bays with wide walkways around both. Grocery store nearby and easy access when driving. The little house was neat and clean. Had all the amenities of home and well supplied. The hosts were very gracious and willing to help us if needed. Will go again to this little vacation oasis!

Awesome time !

My wife and I had an awesome time at Trish and Brads bungalow. This was our 3rd visit and we only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bungalow is just like the pictures. In one word “immaculate” ! Hopefully we’ll be able to return to Mission Bay in the near future and spend some more relaxing time. Thanks !! 😎👍🏻

Great host! Great location!

The best stay experience, so far. The host cares for your stay to be as comfortable as possible. The place itself is very clean and very private. The patio is breathtaking.

This is truly your own home away from home. Trish has thought of everything and it shows in every detail. Originally we were booked at a top rated hotel a short distance away. So glad we changed our mind and stayed here!

Canadian Winter Escape

Property was well equipped, well supplied and well located (esp as we were taking the bus). Comfortable lay-out and quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

We are a fun-loving married couple who, along with our baby daughter Claire, lead a very active and adventurous lifestyle! We take a lot of pride in where we live and love our community and what Crown Point has to offer. Our favorite thing to do around here is to go on walks along the bay, which we highly recommend! We love a good Rocky's burger (which is only a few blocks away) and surfing at the beach nearby. We also love to travel and spend time with our out-of-town families! We want our guests to love San Diego, our home and our area as much as we do and hope that we can make your stay one you will always remember.

We absolutely love hosting, and are also avid Homeaway users almost everywhere we go! We have had some of the greatest experiences and built several lasting friendships throughout our travels. We hope to do the same with you!
