Unfortunately not as good as last stay

It was my 4th stay with the YNA, including one time in Rose, and I have always been absolutely satisfied. This time it was somewhat different so that I sill have an unpleasant feeling. I was advised by the local manager not to call her but to write an SMS or a WhatsApp message. So I did when I discovered some problems in the apartment on my first day (the shower cabin did not close properly; the curtain rod in the bedroom was not tight and fell down as I tried to open the window; the towel drier didn't work). I had to contact the manager three times and wait two days before the curtain rod and the shower cabin were fixed. But the worst thing was that they were fixed in my absense without informing me. I can't imagine that YNA thinks it normal that somebody enters the apartment I am renting and does something in it without having told me anything in advance. By the way, the dirt in the shower cabin was not cleaned away and the manager didn't contract me post hoc either. I didn't see any sense in asking her about the towel dryer.

Perfect Location

This little apartment was in a perfect location. Close to Promenade de Anglais and a 15 minute walk to old town Nice. It was small but adequate for 2 people. Clean and tastefully furnished. An authentic "Nice" living experience which we loved. We were met at the apartment by Elena who was just lovely - friendly and enthusiastic. She explained everything to us - directions to buses and train station, suggestions on where to go, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and organised a taxi to the airport for us- she was great. Nice bottle of wine and welcome pack on the table - lovely touch. Only suggestion - maybe it is time to replace the cute table and chairs on balcony - bit rickety - I am small and I was nervous it might break when I sat on the chair! We loved our stay here. Thank you

Fantastic!

we had a great stay at the Rose apartment in Nice at the end of September. The location was everything we could have hoped for, being on such a vibrant street and so close to so many cafes, bars, shops and the pedestrian mall further up the street. It was great to have a bit more room than the normal hotel room and being able to pick up groceries to do a bit of our own cooking was a real bonus. Sitting out on the balcony, wine glass in hand, looking at the daily passing parade, there is nothing better than that!

Catered to every need

The apartment is neat and spacious, beautiful decor and wonderful facilities. It was clean and accurately conveyed in the profile pictures. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, mins from the beach and vast activities, as well as the local shops, town centre, vibrant nightlife and the train station. I would recommend this apartment and this beautiful and welcoming setting to anyone.

Had a great time!

Simon and Amanda were fabulous! I highly recommend renting an apartment from them! This one was very nice, perfect for what we needed. It's in the heart of the pedestrian zone though, so, if you want quiet at night, this is probably not the place for you. The upside is you have tons of restaurants and are within walking distance of the beach and Old Town. Loved it!
