The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. The property includes a security alarm, decibel monitoring system (which does not record voices), and exterior/garage security cameras.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy and/or tampering with smoke detectors or security devices is strictly prohibited will result in a $500 fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
